Job Responsibilities Include:

Description: Responsible for successful implementation of large,
multi-year technology initiatives for one or more business areas. This
person manages a staff of Project Managers and Business Systems
Analysts, and provides direction to offshore testing organization.
Responsible for business process review, development of business
requirements, QA testing and UAT support. Directly accountable for
project success through effective scope / risk management, project /
resource planning, communication / negotiation with business & systems
partners. Position responsible for status reporting, tracking of all
business and technology SDLC milestones to senior management.
Extensive interfacing with business and systems partners to understand
business goals, define priorities and develop technology to drive
business results. Responsible for technology planning, budgeting and
allocation of resources. This role includes interfacing with external
entities (i.e., vendors, consultants, clients) and requires
significant special business/technical expertise.
