Job Description
The Network and Data Practice Director is responsible for all aspects of developing and managing the multi-million dollar computer network and data services business of Consultedge. The Practice Director will be responsible for working with the sales department, and directly with customers, in determining opportunities for network, security and systems products and services sales. The practice director will be responsible for managing the staff of consultants who will deploy these systems.

Responsibilities
Work with sales and strategic accounts in building business opportunities
Define service and product offerings
Design networks from a pre-sales perspective
Work with partners and vendors in defining product and services offerings
Manage consulting staff; work with consultants building the network
Manage profitability of Network and Data Practice

Required skills
Must have a firm understanding of network products such as Cisco, Juniper, Extreme, Aruba Wireless and HP Procurve
Must understand and be able to design networks utilizing routers, switches, wireless networks and firewalls
Understanding of how these networks fit into a telephony system
Verbal and written communication
Well spoken, ability to articulate issues to customers (both internal and external)
Demonstrates ability to communicate using the written word. Writes clear, concise, well thought-out material
Organization/ Project Management
Ability to multi-task; ability to prioritize
