Level 3 Support Resource
Level 3 Resource:  At least 5-7 yrs experience in a Level 3 Position, must posses great communication skills with the ability to work on their own with little or no guidance.  Work with Application, Architects and Development teams for decisions on current and future configurations of systems.  Resolve L2 & L3 issues when they arise to completion and make recommendations on performance enhancements while bringing stability to existing infrastructure.  Supply information upon requests for Auditors.

MUST have working knowledge of the following software technologies: Microsoft Clustering, Microsoft SQL 2000, 2005, Microsoft Windows Server 2003, 2008, Microsoft IIS, Apache Web Server, Captaris RightFax Server, Linux (RedHat), MySQL, VMWare ESX
Familiar with the following technologies and practices a plus: Networking(TCIP, DNS, etc..), Security, Cobit/SOX, SMTP(Email), Active Directory, SSH, Open Source Applications(Apache, Tomcat, Bugzilla, Wiki etc..), PHP, Perl, HTML
MUST be familiar with the following hardware technologies: Dell Servers, HP Servers, Storage Area Networks

Mon-Fri position with ON-CALL 7x24 for support issues.
Occasional night/weekends

Client Data Profiling Architect
Client Data Profiling Architect will lead the Data profiling team responsible for analyzing the client data available in client HUB and various existing/new client data sources and targets.
This includes:
"Find out client data trends including types of usage, updates, creates, segments, data types, etc.
"Find out how existing data can easily be used for other purposes
"Improve the ability to search the data by tagging it with keywords, descriptions, or assigning it to a category
"Give metrics on data quality, including whether the data conforms to particular standards or patterns
"Assess the risk involved in integrating data for new applications, including the challenges of joins
"Asses whether metadata accurately describes the actual values in the source database
"Understanding data challenges early in any data intensive project, so that late project surprises are avoided.  Finding data problems late in the project can lead to delays and cost overruns.
"Have an enterprise view of client, for uses as Master Data Management where key data is needed, or Data governance for improving data quality
"Identifying and managing data quality issues
"Involve line of business users to provide better context about client data
Successful candidate will have a background in statistics, and client data analysis and will be experienced with one or more database and data profiling tools including Datastage, xeros, Info Analyzer, Oracle, etc

Solutions Engineer/Architect

* The candidate has the understanding and ability to deploy a distributed environment: configuration of physical hardware; network, storage and servers as well as systems software, OS, DBMS, file systems, protocol configurations, etc.
* Ability to design Infrastructure engineering solutions
* Is well organized and can effectively communicate with all levels of subordinates, peers and management clearly and concisely
* Has collaborative communication style that encourages others to communicate openly.
* Has excellent writing skills and is skilled at diagrammatically representing processes, workflows, and ideas.
* Must be able to prepare, present, and maintain technical documentation.
* Candidate must be comfortable working in a dynamic environment
* Strong understanding of project management methodologies and processes.
* Excellent time management and organizational skills.
* Beyond Technology platforms, excellent computer skills are necessary in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio
Develop/Implement Strategy:
* Expertise in various range of technology disciplines (Networking, Database, Server, Storage, Virtualization, Systems Design, etc)
* Identify and drive evaluation of new technology
* Ability to understand business requirements to help drive technology strategy and solutions
* Assist Enterprise Technology teams in developing appropriate infrastructure strategy
* Provide business insight and communication around technology vision and roadmap
* Work in collaboration with technology and business peers, managers and executives to ensure a cohesive strategy
Manage Demand:
* Forecast and communicate demand for services
* Participate / Lead Solutions Engineering in problem management and crisis resolution where applicable
* Actively pursue opportunities to improve efficiency, implement standards and reduce cost with robust, scaleable solutions
* Work with Finance, Technology and Business partners to assist in managing Technology and Business budget

Overall Experience:
* 5-7 years of experience in a significant hands-on systems architecture role, encompassing plan, build and operate functions.
* 4-5 years of experience in financial services arena
* Experienced in vendor analysis, requirements gathering, sizing hardware, storage and network requirements, planning resiliency and evaluating 3rd party vendor applications.
* Experience in demand management, negotiations, industry technology trends, and complex program management
* Previous experience participating and contributing in enterprise technology forums (e.g. Engineering Boards, Service Improvement Programs or similar committees) to drive firm-wide technology decisions in support of business goals
* Previous experience with technology integration due to M&A activity and the associated post-integration drawdown activities.
* Active Directory Integration
* Messaging Platform Integration - Exchange, Instant Messaging
* Desktop Platform Integration
* Telecom Integration
* Standards & Policies Integration
* Previous experience with offshore initiatives.
* End user systems architecture design
