I have a position that may be a fit with your background.  The opportunity is a BUSINESS SYSTEMS ANALYST contract in MIDDLETOWN, NJ and is funded for ( 14 - 16  months).

Ethernet access, center tools consolidation

Job Description: (What will the contractor do on that project?)

Systems Engineering - Evalue business need. Define a systems architecture solution. Define detailed systems requirements including functional specifications, interface requirements, and data structures.
