Position Overview – Create and manage project plans for a technology separation from the parent organization and migration to an outsourced technology provider. Identify and manage project issues and risks. Interface and work with internal and external service providers ensuring that the work is completed on a timely basis. Report on the status and the health of the project. Will play a key role in support of the DBU CTO and report directly to them. Required skills: Someone with a background in infrastructure delivery, leased lines, Server installation, hardware procurement and application testings in order to go live - with a strong emphasis on MS project, Visio, Powerpont, Excel. A strong technical background and understanding and experience of IT Infrastructure (Networks, Servers, VMWARE, SAN, UNIX. Phone systems etc) Experience is the IT service delivery industry a strong advantage e.g. IT Client account manager or client service delivery manager. Strong knowledge of the project lifecycle - Ability to create and integrate multiple project plans; set and track target dates and timeframes, provide status reports. Global PM Experience and Project Governance experience. Budget tracking experience. Manage the issue and risk process; track and monitor critical goals High energy and Self starter and work with minimal supervision Strong written and verbal communication abilities; ability to host and drive meetings.
