Requirements:
Local Candidates are preferred, Client does not provide sponsorship.
Excellent Communications Skills; Ability to facilitate meetings (create and publish agendas, lead meetings to gather QA requirements).
Experience with Hands-On Testing; creating and documenting Test Plans, Test Cases, Defects and Results.
Experience reviewing and working with Business Requirements as well as Business Analysts, Systems Analysts and developers.
Experience with testing Customer Service and Web Facing Applications.
Past technical experience will be viewed as a plus.??
Candidates should be self starters, resourceful and adaptable and be able to work with minimal supervision.

Job Description
INDUSTRY: Consumer Business-Retail, Wholesale and Distribution
PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Replacement of call center's order entry and customer service (OE & CS) technology
IMPORTANT: Candidate Must have Big 4 Consulting Experience.
ROLE: Siebel Configurator Consultant
LOCATION: West Chester, PA
DURATION: 7-8 MONTHS
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- 5+ years of Siebel application configuration experience, including Siebel 8.x
- Excellent configuration skills, including scripting, workflow, UI development etc.
- Experience with big 4 (Deloitte a plus) implementation projects
- Good communication and facilitation skills with different audiences (technical, business)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop proof-of-concepts and support functional design discussions
- Present and discuss findings with client and wider project team - negotiating final solutions
- Technical design and application configuration of the most critical, high-risk and complicated requirements of the project
- Coordinating work with other technology groups to ensure end-to-end functional integrity.
PREFERRED SKILLS: (One or more of the below):
- Expertise in Siebel´s products, pricing, promotional and order capture functionality
- Expertise with Siebel eConfigurator
- Expertise with Siebel CTI, including communication server and CTI toolbar

Business Analyst Manager
· Team Lead for Enterprise Data Warehouse and Data Mart business requirements and application design deliverables.
· Involved in enterprise level projects from a warehousing and data delivery perspective.
· Manage a team of Business/System Analysts that participate in enterprise initiatives and deliver functionality and data to business partners.
· Coordinate priorities between resources for new development, business support, data quality issues and production support.
· Involved in the design, testing and implementation phases for a new Guaranteed Cost Projection Module that provided the Underwriting business unit with an automated tool for experience based rate renewal projections. The tool integrated claim experience, current rates, membership levels, geographical statistics and pricing models to automate and standardize the renewal process for Guaranteed Cost products.
· Develop Stop Loss system enhancements to satisfy compliance with Sarbane-Oxley regulations. Create requirements and assist with the design of financial audit and control processes for data inputs and outputs. · Business Analyst Lead for Stop Loss stabilization project that focused on system enhancements based on business requirements for functionality, quality and efficiency improvements.
· Involved in the definition of new Stop Loss IT organization to align with the new CIGNA IT organization changes. Included new organization structure, role definitions, process flow definitions and integration of off-shore component.
· Develop design for an Aggregate Stop Loss automated system based on existing manual process and aligned with future business strategies. Created a design and conceptual architecture to provide an enterprise-integrated automated system to provide operational and reporting functionality. Included core business processes and strategic product enhancements in the design to enable the company to meet future business goals.
· Assist Customer Reporting application area to ensure critical system enhancements to incorporate Traditional Insurance product lines were designed properly to meet requirements and installed into the production environment successfully.
· Involved as part of a temporary SWAT team brought in to meet critical client reporting deadlines that were deferred from previous releases.
· Impacted reporting included membership data, premium data, claim experience data for the Traditional Insurance products that are distributed through web portals to clients.
· Responsible for developing system designs to support business requirements for the enterprise data warehouse project that integrates THE INSURANCE COMPANY information for analytical reporting and decision support in the financial, underwriting, customer reporting and utilization areas.
· Work with data architects, data modelers and developers during the design phase of the warehouse to ensure data model meets requirements and remains flexible for future warehouse source feeds.
· Communicate warehouse design milestones and designs with end user community.
· Mitigate end user issues and concerns by continually improving designs and data structures.
