Experience with Hands-On Testing; creating and documenting Test Plans, Test Cases, Defects and Results.
Experience reviewing and working with Business Requirements as well as Business Analysts, Systems Analysts and developers.
Experience with testing Customer Service and Web Facing Applications.
Past technical experience will be viewed as a plus.??

Job Description
 
INDUSTRY: Consumer Business-Retail, Wholesale and Distribution
 
PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Replacement of call center's order entry and customer service (OE & CS) technology
 
IMPORTANT: Candidate Must have Big 4 Consulting Experience.
 
ROLE: Siebel Configurator Consultant
LOCATION: West Chester, PA
DURATION: 7-8 MONTHS
 
REQUIRED SKILLS:
-           5+ years of Siebel application configuration experience, including Siebel 8.x
-           Excellent configuration skills, including scripting, workflow, UI development etc.
-           Experience with big 4 (Deloitte a plus) implementation projects
-           Good communication and facilitation skills with different audiences (technical, business)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
-           Develop proof-of-concepts and support functional design discussions
-           Present and discuss findings with client and wider project team - negotiating final solutions
-           Technical design and application configuration of the most critical, high-risk and complicated requirements of the project
-           Coordinating work with other technology groups to ensure end-to-end functional integrity.
PREFERRED SKILLS: (One or more of the below):
-           Expertise in Siebel´s products, pricing, promotional and order capture functionality

·        Team Lead for Enterprise Data Warehouse and Data Mart business requirements and application design deliverables.
