I have a role in NYC. A Sr. Project Manager in the 90K Range (plus Bonus). They are flexible to 95K for a great candidate. This is a client-facing, highly organized, effective, entrepreneurial, infrastructure- side PM.

They should have Media experience, preferably Industry experience. Tech experience isn't as important. Any exposure to Ntwk systems, telecomm techs, etc is a huge plus.

Role Summary

Fully responsible for the successful delivery of all aspects of large Digital Media Signage network rollouts. Day to day management of project team members reporting to PM as well as internal and external communications within DV Group, project partners, clients and stakeholders. Production of formal project documentation, as well as budgetary control and progress reporting to Launch Director & Account Team.

This is a major client-facing role both at Partner and End client level. The role requires solid experience and successful project management track record in managing multi faceted projects within a commercial media and technology environment. We are small team servicing multiple clients from different industries. This is a "hands on", "get things done" role, where a common sense approach is crucial. You need to be a self-starter in this role and willing to take initiative to get results!

Key Responsibilities

„X Preparing Project Documentation - Project Scopes, Schedule & Budget documents

„X Creation of Project Folder, updating and publishing of documents to shared server for team use

„X Accurately capturing & documenting client requirements and obtaining internal and external signoff within overall project plan.

„X Monitoring progress of project against agreed plan, escalation to Network Launch Director of any slippage or risks to project

„X Lead Client Interaction during planning and installation phase

„X Liaise with Account Manager on progress and agree appropriate Client Communication.

„X Weekly Formal Project Updates with Client

„X Day to day management of 3rd party contractors in particular installation partners. This includes creating scopes, briefing scheduling & install teams, overseeing schedules and communicating updates to client on a frequent basis

„X Liaise with various internal & external departments to ensure timely delivery of projects - this includes hardware, software, network and content delivery. Note these teams are often based internationally

„X Coordination & attendance of project meetings, including production of meeting agendas & minutes

„X Preparing both internal and external Lessons Learned reports

„X Briefing PROMS on new projects and associated installation schedules

„X Responsible for completion of SLA documents with Account Manager and Clients

„X Successful hand over of Network to PROMS

„X Pre-Sales Support - Working with sales teams to produce client presentations, bid & RFI responses as required

External Relationship Management

„X Working with 3rd Party suppliers & Partners in relation to installation agreements, services, content delivery and creation, network connectivity, hardware design & SLA/ maintenance contracts

„X 5-10 years experience in Project Management/ Service Delivery roles

Our client is seeking an In-house Clinical Research Associate to assist in
preparation for an NDA submission. The position involves the ability to
recognize and locate study related ICH essential documents within the
company's document management system and in official paper files.
Additionally, this person will assist in the verification that
procedural-related documentation is present and accounted for. The position
may involve the search for misplaced documents, if contract time permits,
which will involve working with company staff to locate documents that may
be stored in departmental locations. The position requires acute analytical
skills to determine if all required documents are present and appropriate.
Any deviations or missing documents must be documented.

Required Skills:

- Experienced with preparing documents for NDA submissions.

- Good organizational skills and an excellent understanding of clinical
research, submission documents and regulations are required.

- Demonstrated knowledge of, and competence in, application of FDA/GCP/ICH
guidelines. Phase 1-3 clinical trial monitoring.

- Has demonstrated the use of good communication skills (verbal and
written), command of medical terminology and of the application of
scientific/medical and clinical concepts used to conduct Phase I-IV clinical
trials.

- Has demonstrated the knowledge and ability to work effectively with
minimal supervision.

- Familiarity and understanding of data management and / or statistical
documents and data would be a plus.

- Occasional travel may be required
