Focus on workflow to meet client demands and network/service level agreements for a specific type of request. Coordinate work with team and business partners. Respond to customer escalations, MACD requests and expedites. Distribute documentation to customers and team members, schedule technical interviews with customers and collect necessary data for team members in order to provision customer orders. Track milestones and manage team volumes for work load balancing.
