Required Skills and Competencies:

* 8+ years experience developing increasingly complex and sophisticated
software, of which 3 years were at the senior/architect level
* 5+ years designing and developing software in a WebSphere environment
* 5-7 years experience in core Java and J2EE custom-software development
* Strong Struts, Spring, and Webflow 1/2 and object/relationship modeling
experience (Torque, Hibernate, IBATIS, etc.)

Important Requirements
A motivated self-starter with at least 3-5 years of experience listening to business and project goals and answering with an interactive design solution.
