Must have a minimum of 5 years of both Delphi and Java developer with experience in creating

Server-side applications for data processing and middle office operations
Client-side Windows-based GUI applications

The candidate must be proficient in

Programming various user interface controls, third party controls and DLLs
Database programming (preferably Sybase)
Systems integration
Analyzing and addressing memory leaks and performance bottlenecks
Socket programming and multithreading

The candidate will be responsible for developing applications in client-server framework. Example projects:

Develop / enhance Windows based applications for capturing trades for fixed income, derivatives market.
Interface with external trading systems
