Summary/Responsibilities:Growing investment management firm seeks talented marketing professional to further develop firm's

Role will potentially offer track to Chief Marketing Officer function
Must be able to educate key market channels – high-net-worth/institutional investors/RIAs and B-Ds – about hedge fund products

Requirements:
7+ years marketing experience required
5+ years alternative investment experience and in-depth knowledge of hedge fund/managed futures strategies/products required
Strong samples of work required
Deep understanding of investment management and ability to apply analytical skills to communicate complex investment strategies required
Familiarity with high-net-worth investors, RIAs/BDs required
Experience at top tier financial services firm strongly preferred
MBA or similar credential strongly preferred
Design experience strongly preferred
Understanding of regulation/compliance governing BDs/RIAs and the marketing of hedge funds/managed futures investments
Outstanding skill working collaboratively with senior management/client-development executives/other departments
Leadership skills to develop strong internal team
Effective communicator with superb writing ability across all functional marketing activities
Highly analytical eye for detail/precision
Project-management experience
Strong PowerPoint skills and expertise across the MS Office suite required
Preferred: CRM experience, Series 7, 63/65 and 3 registrations, CAIA

We are working with our client in locating a Training Project Manager for a
specific training project from training needs from assessment through
deployment. In this role, you will be responsible for the Training Needs
Assessment, Project Administration, Management Consultation, Project Plan,
Project Timeline, and Logistical Recommendations.
Requirements:

5+ years of Instructional Design; heavy Needs Assessment experience
3+ years of Training Project Management experience
Formal Project Management experience required. PMP preferred.
