Key Skills:
Java/AJAX, JRuby, J2EE development, XML, SQL. Other programs: Mecurial, MySql, Linux. C# and Python background is a big plus.
Primary tasks for this position include:
• Programming for our online software projects, including prototyping, building and testing scripts on new projects, as well as defect repair on currently deployed systems; database programming, including SQL queries
• Unit testing of all code artifacts, documentation of all work artifacts, including code comments, user manuals, and development notes;
• Continuous integration of code into source code control systems.
Required Experience:
• Minimum of 5 years development experience in a J2EE environment.
• Strong foundation in foundation in Java, J2EE, scripting languages, Ruby/JRuby, Python, AJAX and XML.

The VP of Marketing will be a member of Return Path's Senior Staff, reporting directly to the CEO responsible for providing executive leadership and management of the Company's marketing organization and in-bound and out-bound marketing activities worldwide, which include: corporate marketing, positioning, and branding; direct marketing and potentially (depending on the candidate) ecommerce; partner/channel marketing, product marketing. Responsibilities
Define the appropriate marketing organization for the company's maturity/size.
Be a role model for the company culture.
Strategic planning as part of the executive team with an emphasis on positioning, competitive analysis, customer and segment analysis, product positioning, and new market development, particularly in the enterprise IT and security sectors.
Oversee traditional marketing functions including branding, public relations, advertising, white papers, trade shows, seminars and events collateral materials, analyst and market research management, and website design and content either directly or on an outsourced basis.

Requirements:
Seasoned professional with 10+ years' experience of managing marketing functions and departments in the past and at least 3 years in a leadership role.

The Sr. Benefits Analyst focuses on the strategic and tactical benefits issues for a national, multiple location company with multiple previous acquisitions. The Benefits Analyst focuses on integrating the multiple benefits plans and employee benefits records from those acquisitions and the development of benefits training materials and techniques to be delivered into the field locations.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Description:
Responsible for developing
CEO messaging for a wide variety of internal and external audiences. In
addition, clearly communicating internally the corporate strategy by creating,
writing and editing a wide range of announcements, publications, meetings, town
halls, face-to-face meetings, speeches, online communications and other related
channels/techniques.
* Responsible for developing messages for CEO & OC members on a wide variety of topics for a broad range of forums, including writing speeches.
* The role will involve developing the internal communications strategy and managing the communication between senior executives and employees, including writing web and print based communications from OC members that are concise, accurate, and timely.
* Communicate corporate information in context to audiences within Gartner (all associates, management, senior leadership) about the business strategy, products, clients, services, policies and procedures, community initiatives/outreach to create awareness, drive change and increase associate engagement.
* Provide strategic direction via counseling/coordination to CEO and all members of the Operating Committee to ensure all internal communications support and align with company's business vision and strategies as well as provide appropriate tools to deliver communications.
* Internalize and celebrate external success in order to define, characterize and recognize high performing associate behaviors/values/skills.
* Provide communications support for major HR initiatives and change management programs
* Assess, recommend, influence and implement innovative communication tools and methods (such as partnering with training/HR) to accomplish internal communication objectives and tactics.
* The role may assist with the development and execution of tactical public relations activities.
Qualifications:
* Three plus years related experience supporting a C-level executive.
* Speech writing for senior executives for a variety of forums is essential.
* Strong writing skills in a broad range of formats is essential.
* International experience / professional services industry preferred.
* Proven ability to support senior executives with highly sensitive information.
* Must have strong people/verbal communication skills and ability to interface with all levels of the organization.
* Experience in developing and executing written and electronic employee communications vehicles and maintaining two-way communications programs.
* Professional services experience within the technology industry preferred.
* Strong collaboration skills.

Must be able to educate key market channels – high-net-worth/institutional investors/RIAs and B-Ds – about hedge fund products
Must have extremely high level capability/knowledge surrounding the following areas:

Produce firm's annual investment conference
Ensure compliance with investment industry regulatory restrictions covering marketing/business development
Lead/manage/develop a staff of professionals
Requirements:
7+ years marketing experience required
5+ years alternative investment experience and in-depth knowledge of hedge fund/managed futures strategies/products required
Strong samples of work required
Deep understanding of investment management and ability to apply analytical skills to communicate complex investment strategies required
Familiarity with high-net-worth investors, RIAs/BDs required
Experience at top tier financial services firm strongly preferred
MBA or similar credential strongly preferred
Design experience strongly preferred
Understanding of regulation/compliance governing BDs/RIAs and the marketing of hedge funds/managed futures investments
Outstanding skill working collaboratively with senior management/client-development executives/other departments
Leadership skills to develop strong internal team
Effective communicator with superb writing ability across all functional marketing activities
Highly analytical eye for detail/precision
Project-management experience
Strong PowerPoint skills and expertise across the MS Office suite required
Preferred: CRM experience, Series 7, 63/65 and 3 registrations, CAIA

We are working with our client in locating a Training Project Manager for a
specific training project from training needs from assessment through
deployment. In this role, you will be responsible for the Training Needs
Assessment, Project Administration, Management Consultation, Project Plan,
