Job Description:
Responsibilities
Manages complex new business installation projects. Acts as primary client contact, performs client needs assessment, creates and maintains project plan and oversees conversion process. Provides input to systems development life cycle, including software specifications, data conversion strategies, and QA planning. Applies knowledge of mutual fund industry to include: recordkeeping, transfer agency, and bank/brokerage operations.
Essential Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) and nine years related project management and industry experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Acts as primary interface to client. Models good client relations. Anticipates and meets both short and long-term needs of customers. Seeks ways of improving client service orientation. Apply principles of logical thinking to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interact and maintain open lines of communication throughout an Organization. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret On-Line Requirement Documentation Manual for SuRPAS.
Preferred Qualifications
