Maintain the Business Application incidents and change log.

PRINCIPAL SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED
Ideal education, previous work experience, special skills (e.g., foreign languages), and personal characteristics.  Prioritize by:
Fully proficient (1), some knowledge and ability to develop greater competency (2), preferred but not required (3).

 

2-4 years of experience and progressively increasing responsibilities with Business Intelligence tools and Reporting Solutions (1)
Proficiency with SQL and Microsoft reporting tools ? SSIS, SSRS, etc (1)
Bachelor degree preferred (1)
Strong written and oral communications skills (1)
Good project management skills (1)
Ability to manage several projects at the same time and assess priorities (1)
Ability to work with little supervision and report accordingly (1)
Ability to provide high level service and follow through (1)
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with all levels of the business (1)
Strong organizational skills with ability to create functional and technical documentation (1)
 

Proficiency in all aspects of business analysis: strong analytical skills (1)
Experience on the business unit side (2)
Knowledge of SDLC methodologies (2)
Overall knowledge of the apparel industry including Supply Chain, Retail and Finance (3)
 

Basic programming abilities (.Net, SQL) (1)
Basic understanding of TCP/IP networks, centralized system architecture (Citrix), system administration (3)
