Opportunity for trainers to obtain Situational Leadership® certification in New
Jersey at New Jersey Transit in Maplewood

Situational Leadership® is an influence model used worldwide. Training on using
the model helps managers adjust their leadership style based on an employee's
behavior in order to maximize their potential as a leader. In order to
facilitate Situational Leadership® workshops you must be certified, which is
usually done by the Center for Leadership Studies (CLS) in North Carolina or
California .

NJ TRANSIT is exploring the possibility of having someone from CLS come to our
facility in Maplewood , New Jersey to certify interested trainers. To that end,
we are looking for participating companies who might be interested in
certification to split the costs associated with bringing the trainer to New
Jersey .

The certification process would take two days. The costs to a participating
company include:

$1995 for each participant for certification

$500 per participant for leader/ trainer material

$2995 for the License for each organization

Participants split travel expenses for the CLS trainer
