The objective of this program is to standardize AIGs Infrastructure Services across the globe. This position will work closely with the rest of the GIU and help coordinate the Transition plans for the GIU rollout across multiple regions. This role will be reporting to the GIU Transition Program Manager. The person in this role will be interacting with people across the globe and is expected to be available outside normal business hours for teleconferences, etc. In this role the selected candidate will be expected to: 1) Complete Global GIU Status Reporting 2) Complete Project Plan Reviews 3) Maintain Program Level Risks and Issues Lists 4) Track Program Expenses The ideal candidate will have 1) Experience managing data center consolidations and data center relocations 2) Experience working with International Project Teams 3) Preparing Presentations/Reports for C Level Management 4) Experience utilizing ITIL Senior Project Manager responsible for coordinating, defining, staffing, and managing one or multiple projects. The Project Manager works across the Business Units and AIG Global Services to ensure delivery of Infrastructure in a timely and cost effective manner. The Project Manager is the primary point of contact with management and various technical personnel on project from project inception through completion. Develops project schedules, coordinates project status meetings, manages resources in all phases of the AIGGS Project Lifecycle Process. Works with the project business owner to oversee delivery performance, ensure delivery quality and report schedule, cost, and execution performance. Strong MS Project experience required. BS Degree in Computer Science or similar discipline or equivalent experience, PMP certification required. Experience managing complex global data center infrastructure implementations and/or large scale IT workload migration projects preferred.
