Managed Health Care Associates, Inc. has been a leader in the health care industry for more than 21 years servicing the Long Term Care, Home Infusion and Specialty pharmacy industries.  Pharmacy members utilize MHA services to assist in the purchasing of a complete line of pharmaceuticals, medical supplies, capital equipment, and nutritional food as well as to gain access to prescription drug benefits through Medicare Part D. About the Opportunity:
The primary responsibility of this position is to process multiple ADP Biweekly payrolls, maintain tax compliance and companywide benefit administration.   He/she will be responsible for processing company benefits including 401k, medical, dental, vision, life, LTD, STD, and supplemental benefits.  He/she will work in ADP's HRB system inputting employee eligibility, terminations, changes, and producing reports as needed.  The individual will maintain human resources and benefit files, update staffing reports, process monthly insurance billing, monitor time off, new hire and termination processing, FMLA notification and related short term disability forms.
 
Essential Job Functions:  
 
·         Process multiple biweekly payrolls & tax compliance
·         Process monthly health insurance billing, benefit  enrollment, 401k transmittals, loans, and semiannual audit
·         Maintain HR Information System by entering new hires, terminations, benefit changes, salary increases and personnel changes
·         Prepare and manage new hire and termination paperwork including but not limited to COBRA compliance.
·         Process leave of absence/FMLA and maintain paid time data
·         Maintain personnel  and benefit files
·         Manage miscellaneous benefits programs and projects including but not limited to matching gifts, service anniversary awards, corporate donations and matching gifts, governmental reporting and auto insurance
 
Job Requirements: 
.
·         BA/BS degree plus 2-4 years applicable experience required
·         Solid working knowledge of ADP Pay expert payroll and multi state tax setups essential
·         ADP HRB knowledge a plus
·         Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
·         Excellent written and oral communications necessary
·         Excellent planning, organizational and interpersonal skills required with a highly-developed orientation to detail and accuracy
·         Must be able to work independently as well as with all levels of management

A major Insurance Company is looking for a Firewall Engineer in their branch office in Clarks Summit, Pennsylvania.
 
                                              Responsibilities
 
                                              Review, plan, evaluate and establish standards for voice and data network systems.
 
                                               Provide guidelines for capacity planning, performance monitoring and tuning of the network.
 
                                                Evaluate new technologies to improve performance, enhance service and decrease cost.

                                                  Receive approved firewall and VPN tunnel requests and implement a rulebase/policy in a manner that satisifies the
                                                  Request and complies with company standards.
 
                                                  The successful candidate will also need to possess strong network troubleshooting skills and will be able to trouble/shoot
                                                   Both network and application performance problems in a complex environment that contains multiple router / switch,
                                                   Firewall and load balancing platforms.
 
                                                   Sisco ASA Juniper Netscreen experience is required.
 
Salary Range                          This is a two year contract which will pay $70 Corp to Corp and $63 for W-2.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Administration Project Analyst will perform work for the Legal and Business Services Unit relating to the agency's implementation of one or more major citywide IT system project(s). Working primarily under the direction of an Agency Chief Contracting Officer or an agency attorney, the Project Analyst will be responsible for coordinating procurement and related project activities consistent with City rules and procedures. The Administration Project Analyst will be required to organize and track a significant amount of project information received from other entities, and to provide analysis and recommendations based on that and other information. The position requires a candidate able to approach his/her responsibilities with initiative and creativity rather than merely accomplishing assigned tasks. Specific responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following:
 
• Organizing and working with significant amounts of existing project data prepared by other entities in a variety of paper and electronic formats (especially PDFs, Microsoft Excel spreadsheets, and Microsoft Access databases). This includes:
    -  Receiving, logging, organizing, and tracking information received.
    -  Processing, summarizing, combining, reconciling, and otherwise analyzing
the information, including identifying gaps where information is missing, inadequate, or contradictory.
     -  Extracting information, preparing reports, and otherwise collecting and presenting/updating information in appropriate formats (including suggesting/creating appropriate formats).
     -  Identifying and investigating issues presented by the information, and working with staff to
     address them.
• Preparing project procurement schedules that provide for sufficient lead times (including City processing requirements) for delivery of goods and services.
• Setting up, coordinating, and monitoring multiple tracking systems to track project purchases.
• Synchronizing software and hardware warranty end dates and ensuring that software and hardware maintenance and support continue uninterrupted.
• Coordinating and managing existing and new procurements for goods and services needed by the project, and ensuring that orders are placed appropriately, delivered, and received in a timely manner.
• Ensuring proper recording of asset management information for each procurement.
• Reviewing documentation to ensure appropriate, timely payments.
• Serving as an interface between technical staff and project personnel to resolve issues.
• Monitoring that there is sufficient funding allocated for each purchase of goods and services.
• If time allows, assisting with other Legal and Business Unit activities.
• Undertaking other tasks as directed.
 
The Project Analyst must have a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution, preferably with a focus on a relevant field. Candidates must possess at least seven (7) years of relevant experience including (a) extensive project management experience relevant to organizing, analyzing, and coordinating activities (primarily procurement activities) for major IT projects, and (b) extensive experience working with Microsoft Excel spreadsheets and Microsoft Access databases, including the ability to quickly begin analyzing, extracting, and manipulating information contained in pre-existing spreadsheets and databases (developer/programming skills are not required). Also required are: excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills; solid knowledge of Microsoft Word and Adobe Acrobat (including OCR); strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills; the ability to work both independently and with significant supervision; and the
ability to multi-task and meet challenging deadlines in a dynamic and ever-changing environment.

1. Leads the development of strategy, implementation and operations for the technology infrastructure environment to ensure a computing and telephony environment that supports education and administrative services, within budget.
2. Defines overall technology architecture, policies, standards and services for the College.
3. Maintains a strong customer service orientation within the Information Technology Division.
4. Sustains an efficient environment based on standards, architecture and security.
5. Provides direct and/or indirect supervision of professional & technical staff.
6. Recommends to senior administration all policy and investment decisions related to technology, working in close collaboration with Vice President for Finance/Chief Financial Officer.
7. Administers, forecasts, manages and prepares the annual budget for the Information Technology Division.

• Recent experience with Sarbanes-Oxley, Mergers and Acquisitions, and Multi-Tiered Credit Facilities
• Expertise with Third Party Finance, Bank Financing and Securities matters
• Experience identifying financial issues and opportunities and providing analytical support to enhance operations
• Advanced education commensurate with position is required
