This position is located in New York, NY.

Princeton Information is immediately interviewing for the following job description:
 
The PMO/Analytics function will be responsible for driving a sustainable and robust reporting structure. Resource must be able to implement solutions effectively to ensure Program is tracked effectively with intent of using data to optimize the Program to its fullest.
 
Responsibilities include:
 Create program targets for every business line and geography and track progress against these targets over time including:
1. Annual planning process
2. Mid-year forecast
3. On-going forecasts of program end-state based on current status and latest projections of future activity
• Create and track a set of metrics for measuring program success including:
1. Operational metrics (e.g., staff mix across high-, medium- and low-cost locations)
2. Financial metrics (e.g., program saves, average cost per resource over time)
• Identify data sources and manage data collection to generate program metrics over time, highlighting the program's progress as well as areas in need of improvement
• Create communications to multiple program stakeholders on a timely basis in a clear way
• Facilitate, coordinate, and arbitrate cross-functional topics with key stakeholders
• Tracking and Presentation of Expense Management Initiatives
• Preparation of Monthly Operating Reports to provide status on overall Program including Trending, Key Messages, and Items to Decision
 
Additional attributes required:
• Strong communication skills/ability, ability to interface with Senior Management, including the C level
• Sourcing process and related disciplines (project management, SLA development/management, etc.) 
• Broad knowledge/experience with offshoring/outsourcing and third party provider community and captives
• Experience with developing and governing through SLAs, KPIs, Balanced Scorecards, etc
• Experience and demonstrated strengths in consulting, partnering, and influencing skills
• Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and organizational skills
• In depth understanding of the global IT market and trends
• Experience in IT / Application Development & Maintenance in Financial Services including but not limited to:
• Deep understanding of the SDLC
• Experience with various operating models, Captive, Hybrid, External
