Inside Sales Rep
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
 
Focuses on Maintenance Renewals across the current user base.  Calls into accounts as their renewal is due and reacts to telephone, fax or email requests for quotations.  Follows up as needed to ensure renewals. Makes quotations on standard items, writes orders, and relays pertinent order information to customers. Coordinates with other departments in handling purchase orders and providing service to customers.  The position could grow to include telemarketing of Niksun products.  Compensation is a base salary and commission.
 
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
·         College degree preferred, plus two years of relevant inside telesales experience with proven ability to attain sales call and revenue targets.
·         Background should include knowledge of computer networking and nomenclature as well as demonstrated ability to deal with customers.

The Questions that stump you. The meeting is Saturday, September 10th at 8:00

This month's Topic:  Interview Questions that Stump You
 
Briefly we will
look at the recruiter's perspective and goals for an interview. Then we will
focus the majority of the meeting on questions candidates find the most
difficult to answer. Attendees at the meeting will be asked to share very
challenging interview questions they have had to answer - we will brainstorm
about these real-life interview scenarios. The end result of our discussions
will be to generate a variety of ways to overcome the questions that become
roadblocks during interviews.
 
About
the Speaker:  Anne Pepper has 25 years
of experience as a Human Resources Generalist. She has management and
leadership experience in a variety of industries within both for-profit and
not-for-profit organizations. Her areas of specialization include recruitment,
employee relations, preventive labor relations, training, and organizational
development, in start-ups and high growth businesses. As both an internal and
external consultant, Anne acquired expertise in developing organizations
through strategic business partnerships and customer focused Human Resources
operations. 

Anne provides personal career services to job seekers, as well as customized
Human Resources solutions to small and medium sized businesses. Anne is a
member of SHRM, HRMA of Princeton, and NJAWBO. 
 
Networking begins at 7:30 am, meeting starts promptly at 8:00 am.

Seconds about yourself, who you are, what you are looking for, target companies
(3-4), how we can help you, how you can help others.
11:00 until  you choose to leave
 -  Open Networking, follow up with people you are interested in
meeting following their elevator pitch, exchange business cards, peruse the
library, arrange follow up meetings, etc.
 1 - Make sure you come with the
30 second elevator pitch - honed - including your targeted companies, your
value proposition, etc.
