Job Description                   A major Bank Holding Company located in New York City is looking for a Credit Derivatives Business Analyst.
 
                                                  Responsibilities:
 
                                                  Responsible for the functional delivery of new IT systems to the Credit Derivatives business by understanding
                                                  And communicating business requirements, assisting with design and delivery and by supporting the build,
                                                  Test and roll out of solutions.
 
                                                   Main Duties:
 
                                                   Analysis (40%) – Design (25%)   - Build (5%) – Delivery (10%) – Project Management (20%)
 
Skills Required                      Person Requirements:
 
                                                    Minimum of 1+ years experience working in Credit Derivatives business understanding the various vanilla CDS Products.
 
                                                    Bachelors Degree
 
                                                     Preferred Qualifications:
 
                                                     Understanding trade life cycle with some knowledge of front to back processing.
 
                                                      Understanding of current Industry standardization including clearing a plus.
 
                                                       Ability to face off with business stakeholders
 
                                                       Work independently and own work streams
 
                                                        Work on multiple projects concurrently
 
                                                         Produce structured, lucid written documents form formal specifications, meeting minutes or email.
 
                                                          Work with Developers interpreting functional specifications and QA team turning over project builds.
 
Salary Range                                 This is a full time position for an Assistant Vice President.

The Role of a Technical Solutions Project Manager
 
Within the Application InfrastructurePractice, a Technical Solutions Project Manager plays the primary role of managing the day-to-day activities of our client engagements, and for ensuring the engagements are completed successfully – on time, within budget, and to the clients' satisfaction.
 
The ideal candidate will have experience in project managing technology migrations of email systems, directory services, and other services to Microsoft based solutions such as Active Directory, Exchange, Office Communications server, System Center Configuration Manager/Operations Manager, Windows Desktop Operating systems, or Office migrations. 
 
Examples include:
•             5+ years of IT Project Management with Enterprise and Commercial customers
•             PMI PMP Certification strongly desired (if not they will need to be screened for project life cycle)
•             Managed projects that involved from the following:
o             Email solution migrations (IBM Notes/Domino or Novell GroupWise or upgrades from older versions of Microsoft Exchange to Microsoft Exchange 2007 or 2010 or email consolidation projects
o             Microsoft Live Communications Server 2005 or Office Communications Server 2007 deployment or upgrade
o             Directory services migrations/upgrades – Novell NDS/eDirectory to Microsoft Active Directory
o             Microsoft Office deployments/upgrades
o             Deployment/upgrade of Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) or Microsoft System Center Operations Manager (SCOM)
o             Desktop or Server Application virtualization on VMware, Citrix or Microsoft App-V
o             Microsoft ForeFront/SQL Server/SharePoint
o             SAN, LAN/WAN Networking/Telecommunications/Information Security
            Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery
            Data Center consolidation
            Asset management
            Software distribution
            Service Desk
•             Managed project budgets that exceeded $250K per quarter
•             Deep understanding of the challenges with migrations
•             Understanding of the challenges various migration tools
•             PMP or Mastery of project life cycle and the artifacts that one would use in each phase
 
Successful candidates will have polished multi-tasking and negotiation skills, impeccable customer service skills, the talent to actively lead presentations to clients (pre- and post-sales), and an excellent command of English language (both written and verbal),.
 
Requirements:
•             6+ years experience managing large scale technical projects
•             Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•             Excellent presentation skills
•             Experience working with clients at the CXO level
•             Leadership experience

The Role of a SAP Infrastructure Solutions Architect
