The Role of a SAP Infrastructure Solutions Architect
As the SAP Solutions Architect, you will provide the technical leadership and staff mentorship for the analysis, design, development, integration, installation, implementation, and support of SAP resources using your strong knowledge of storage and infrastructure platforms combined with SAP application expertise. You will be part of the National Technical Infrastructure Practice and will work to refine and enhance our implementation methodologies practice-wide. We'll look to you to contribute to the development of strategies, policies, and best practices.
As part of your project delivery responsibilities you will participate when needed as a technical expert in pre-sales qualification. You will design, develop, and articulate solutions based on a customer's strategic business or technical requirements. You will lead the implementation with responsibility for the delivery of the technical architecture designs, strategies, and quality assurance plans that will be delivered. You will work closely with Project Managers and Program Managers in the design, development, and implementation of the technical content defined in the Statement of Work. You'll create project status reports and accurately track/manage project issues and risks.
As part of EMC's Total Customer Experience, you will hold responsibility for achieving the EMC Bar of Excellence as the highest level of Customer Satisfaction for every customer. You will develop and cultivate strong customer relationships ensuring a "Customers for Life" relationship.
Required Skills
· Deep knowledge of SAP infrastructure software architecture/design
· Expertise with SAP on AIX, Linux, and Windows platforms.
· Extensive experience with virtualization on both AIX and x86 platforms including virtualization management tools
· Experience with enterprise deployment and configuration management tools including IBM Network Installation Manager and SAP Adaptive Computing Controller
· Experience with enterprise class infrastructure management and monitoring tools including Vmware Capacity IQ.
· Solid understanding of SAP HA/DR/BCP concepts, techniques and tools.
· Extensive experience in SAP backup/recovery tools, concepts and techniques.
· Extensive experience with implementations in a large enterprise environment
· Excellent client facing and presentation skills

The Role of a Technical Solutions Project Manager
Within the Application InfrastructurePractice, a Technical Solutions Project Manager plays the primary role of managing the day-to-day activities of our client engagements, and for ensuring the engagements are completed successfully – on time, within budget, and to the clients' satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will have experience in project managing technology migrations of email systems, directory services, and other services to Microsoft based solutions such as Active Directory, Exchange, Office Communications server, System Center Configuration Manager/Operations Manager, Windows Desktop Operating systems, or Office migrations.
Examples include:
• 5+ years of IT Project Management with Enterprise and Commercial customers
• PMI PMP Certification strongly desired (if not they will need to be screened for project life cycle)
• Managed projects that involved from the following:
o Email solution migrations (IBM Notes/Domino or Novell GroupWise or upgrades from older versions of Microsoft Exchange to Microsoft Exchange 2007 or 2010 or email consolidation projects

o Directory services migrations/upgrades – Novell NDS/eDirectory to Microsoft Active Directory
o Microsoft Office deployments/upgrades

o Microsoft ForeFront/SQL Server/SharePoint
o SAN, LAN/WAN Networking/Telecommunications/ Information Security
Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery
Data Center consolidation
Asset management
Software distribution
Service Desk
• Managed project budgets that exceeded $250K per quarter
• Deep understanding of the challenges with migrations
• Understanding of the challenges various migration tools
• PMP or Mastery of project life cycle and the artifacts that one would use in each phase
Successful candidates will have polished multi-tasking and negotiation skills, impeccable customer service skills, the talent to actively lead presentations to clients (pre- and post-sales), and an excellent command of English language (both written and verbal),.

Role title: Contracts and Outsourcing Compliance Business . Purpose: Primarily responsible for supporting the implementation and monitoring of corporate compliance, legal requirements, policy programs, and contracts-related activities in C&O. In addition, as directed by the Global Business Operations Team Lead and in coordination with the Process Strategy Lead, assists the Business Operations team members in various business operations imperatives. Organizational Relationships: • Reports to C&O Global Business Operations Lead • Interacts with C&O BU Leads, Investigator Relations Team Lead, Strategic Sourcing Team Lead, and Outsourcing Leads • Primary interface with the Compliance & Contracts Strategy Lead but also Interacts with other Bus Ops roles
Primary Duties:
1. Compliance: a. Conduct CP115 Due Diligence – Perform CP115 due diligence for C&O-supported transactions in accordance with PGRD process, ensuring consistency and compliance:
b. Screen all new transaction requests for CP115 triggers
c. Conduct due diligence steps as necessary to approve or reject proposed engagement, including: • Assess Government Official status/relations via review of applicable Country Profiles; • Gather, complete, review, update and archive required due diligence documentation; • Consult with Legal to issue employer notification letters; • Consult with US and non-US approvers (including Legal and PGRD Compliance Office); • Produce documentation of FCPA status for C&O colleague and inform C&O colleagues when additional FCPA contract language and attachments are required.
d. Assist in strategic planning and implementation of due diligence systems
e. Provide Other Compliance-Related Transactional Assistance – As directed, perform other compliance-related due diligence transactions in accordance with PGRD process, ensuring consistency and compliance.
f. Tracking and Reporting - Report on efficiencies, bottlenecks and issues around compliance-related information-gathering and approval processes related to CP115 and other compliance requirements. Identify and analyze trends concerning Development- related engagements impacted by compliance requirements.
Continuous Improvement: As directed by the Business Operations Team Lead and in coordination with the Process Strategy Lead: a. Assist the Business Operations team in identifying and implementing compliance-related continuous improvement opportunities across C&O. b. Participate in and support other continuous improvement initiatives led by other members of the Business Operations group and other Dev Ops lines.
