Business Analysts will be responsible for requirements gathering and evaluating current and future state while adhering to ITIL methodology. BA will be responsible for assessing the risk matrix and defining the business requirements with the clients and technology teams. ITIL BAs do not come to mind.  But I agree that the NJ IIBA would be a good place to look. There is a place to announce jobs, but you need to be a member to do it.  Are you a member of the NJ IIBA and/or the NJ IIBA LinkedIn group?  If so, you can post yourself.
