Position Responsibilities - Summary:
The Citrix Engineer provides technical leadership for internal and
customer-facing professional service projects of large size or high degree
of complexity. In addition, the Citrix Engineer will perform complex
technical analysis and hands-on technical tasks as part of assigned
projects.
The Citrix Engineer is relied upon to accurately scope work and execute
projects within time and budget. He/she is expected to provide significant
knowledge transfer and mentor the junior team members.
The Citrix engineer must be able to assess the existing Citrix
infrastructure, and then design and implement modifications to mitigate
outage risks as well as enhance user performance and experience.
Excellent communication skills will be required to interface with customers
via telephone or written correspondence to identify, diagnose and resolve
technically complex user issues. The candidate will be expected to manage
customer relationships until the issue resolution, especially in politically
charged situations that require the highest level of customer service.
He/she must be able to receive technically complex, mission critical or VP
customer issues and maintain ownership of the issue until complete
resolution is achieved.
Acquire and coordinate resources from senior members of the escalation team
as needed to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues.
Key technical interface for engineering and product development for the
resolution of high impact or pervasive issues.
Develop and deliver technical training to other engineers.
Write complex technical articles for knowledge base.
Reproduce customer issues in-house and generate SOPs documenting
reproduction steps.
Maintain strong working knowledge of pre-release products and take ownership
for product improvement in key product areas.
Assist with selection of new team members.
May act as a focal point in cooperative relationships with other companies.
Required Skills and Competencies:
Qualifications and Requirements
· Plans and leads all aspects of all Citrix projects. Effectively
multi-tasks across multiple initiatives/projects with a high speed of
delivery.
· Acts as the primary interface for the client or project manager
for basic to intermediate projects. Takes an active role in business
development of net-new or follow on engagements.

Consulting team. Leads, plans and designs technical solutions that meet, or

· Advanced system administration experience with various Windows
systems (Windows Server 2000/2003/2008/XP/Win7)
· Advance management of a complex AD environment
· Storage Technologies (SAN, NAS)
· Citrix XenApp Server Administration, XenDesktop Adminsitration
· Virtualization technologies (XenServer, VMware, HyperV)
· Citrix product certification and/or Linux or MCSE certification is
a plus
· IT infrastructure technical implementation experience
· Citrix Engineering and deployment experience on advanced Citrix
products (XenDesktop, Provisioning, XenApp) implementing large, complex
enterprise-class solutions using Citrix technologies
· Engineering experience involving hardware, software and services
solutions for x86 Solutions at an enterprise level for HP (BladeSystem and
DL series serveres) and Cisco UCS.
· Working knowledge of VMware ESX 4i and VCenter is preferred.
· Experience with Netscaler and VDX/AG/CSG is highly desirable.
· Extensive skills with Windows Networking, Active Directory
· Advanced Networking concepts (TCP/IP, Routing, Firewalls, Network
Security)
Keys to this Position:
1. Technical: Citrix Engineering and deployment experience on advanced
Citrix products (XenDesktop, Provisioning, XenApp) implementing large,
complex enterprise-class solutions using Citrix technologies. We will be
upgrading the 4.0 farm to the XenApp farm.
2. This is a Thought Leader role where the individual will manage 3
offshore Citrix Engineers and will lead the architecture, development and
deployment of the Citrix environment.
3. Excellent communication skills are required.

Position Responsibilities - Summary
Information Risk Manager (IRM) works with business unit staff to identify
and prioritize risk components, understanding and reporting on the overall
risk posture of the business. IRM also ensures IT Control Policies are
followed within the line of business and monitoring action plans that are
developed and executed to address any non-compliance with policy
requirements. The IRM is responsible for the three principle activities of
risk awareness, advisory and compliance.
This role is not a manager of people, rather a Manager of the IT Controls
Process. This is an individual contributor role.
Responsibilities:
Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
· Identify, synthesize, and communicate the information risks and
associated controls for assigned business units. Analyze risks to understand
trends within a business unit.
· Joint accountability with the business unit to address identified
risks
· Regularly report information risk metrics to business unit
management
· Communicate technology related policies and standards and how they
should be applied within the business units to ensure risk is managed to an
acceptable level and compliance achieved where it represents a significant
risk to the business.
· Collaborate with Information Risk Consultants to proactively
identify potential risk exposures within new technology solutions being
designed and implemented, and partner with application development teams and
Core Information risk services groups to implement appropriate solution to
mitigate exposure.
· Ensure various risk analysis assignments, including application as
assessments, due diligence reviews, and vendor reviews are completed,
reviewed, and analyzed in a timely manner.
· Identify areas of unmanaged information risk within the current
environment and institute the appropriate controls to mitigate exposure.
Customer Facing Program and Business Initiatives:
· Support customer information risk reviews, including self
assessments
· Support the customer-facing associates to respond quickly and
consistently to inquiries on topics such as RFP's, Information Security, SAS
70, and Internal Controls.
Proactive Risk Analysis:
· Support end-to-end information risk analysis of business process,
application portfolio, and computing environment.
· Support end-to-end compliance reviews and where risks cannot be
appropriately mitigated, assist in preparation and execution of the Risk
Acceptance process, describing the level of risk, areas of non-compliance,
and identification of mitigating controls.
· Identify control deficiency trends and work with Core Information
Risk Services to develop and implement solutions.
Core operations, Information Security, Training & Awareness, Governance:
· Active engagement with Information Risk Consultant to ensure that
IT risks are identified and addressed, and appropriate controls are
incorporated into architectures and systems design.
· Document all risk reviews and provide management summary.
· Ensure all corrective actions are recorded in the corporate
repository.
Required Skills and Competencies:
· 2+ years Big 4 IT Control Process Experience Required
· Experience with industry standard Information Technology Control
Policies and Standards frameworks
· Ability to manage by influence and establish effective working
relationships with all levels of management
· Effectively resolves conflicts between individual needs and
requirements of the organization
· Demonstrates a strong ability to identify, analyze, and solve
problems
· Able to communicate complex information in user-friendly terms
· Excellent oral and written communication skills
· 3-5 years technology background with significant exposure to
Information Risk, Information Security, or Audit.
· CISSP or CISA qualified or relevant experience
