Individual responsible for application support, development, configuration and administration of Documentum based document management systems.
BA/BS in Information Management or equivalent work experience. Minimum 7 years experience in Documentum Administration for Documentum 5.x and 6.x. Including scheduling, managing and maintaining jobs. Leading disaster recovery testing, monitoring daily documentum alerts such as disk space usage, backup status and daemon processes status; coordinating with ITSS to monitor database usage and content storage. Demonstrated proficiencies in end user support, which include excellent communication skills both verbal and written, organization, troubleshooting and problem solving skills, and the ability to work effectively alone and within a team.
Duties include responding to alerts from system monitors; system outages scheduling; problem solving with DQL or other Documentum tools; handling phone calls and emails from end users; logging problem tickets. Proficient in docbasic and Java.
Experience with the following technologies is required: Documentum 6.x, Windows OS, PDFAqua, Oracle, DCM. Experience with SharePoint is preferred. Experience with GxP validated systems is preferred.

The Managed Print Services group is about to globally replace more than 1,000 print devices in the first quarter, 2012. As a result, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager to assist the BMS and selected vendor teams with the following activities: standardize global invoicing and reporting, infrastructure and software/driver upgrades, create a RightFax SDLC implementation, Marketing and Communications, and establish cloud printing. Candidate should possess a strong background in infrastructure and/or managed print environments, be highly organized, and detail oriented.

Basic Function: Work with the Client's business community and the IT organization to plan and execute projects. This includes the definition of project goals and objectives, success criteria, expected benefits, roles and responsibilities, etc., typically in a Project Charter or Project Plan document. Work with the respective organizational elements to prepare estimates for resources, hardware and software required for the proposed solution. Manage the implementation according to the Client's project life cycle, inclusive of communication, risk and issue identification, tracking and resolution. Manage the project budget, including regular comparison of budgeted, projected and actual amounts. Contribute to the development and evolution of the Client's Program Management Office (PMO).
 
Knowledge Requirements:
Education or Equivalent: (Minimum required to perform job)
4-year degree in Management or MIS/Computer Science preferred. This requirement can be met by a combination of education (4 year degree in another discipline) and relevant work experience (in the Life Sciences industry).
Knowledge/Skills Requirements: (List unique knowledge skills, or problem-solving requirements)
Requires a minimum of 10 years experience in the design and implementation of successful, global, large scale projects involving multiple constituencies. Life Sciences experience is required, preferably manufacturing and financials. Familiarity with project management tools and software packages is required. Understanding of computer systems validation requirements is required, along with structured development life cycle methodology. The resource must be an excellent team player, be capable of working independently, and be able to manage multiple projects and priorities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
