Care Manager Supervisor

Description:
The Care Manager Supervisor is responsible for provision of all the required duties of
care management as implemented by the Care Managers, including coordination and
facilitation of comprehensive assessments, development of Individual Service Plans
(ISPs) for children and their families, and coordination of care management across multisystems.
He/she is responsible for monitoring the individual training and performance
improvement needs of their Care Managers and planning required activities. The Care
Manager Supervisor is responsible to assure maintenance of comprehensive records for
each child and family as required and the preparing and analyzing of required reports as
defined by the Quality Improvement Plan. The Care Manager Supervisor is responsible to
provide critical information to Senior Management regarding quality service delivery and
resources as well as serve as a liaison to the Contracted Systems Administrator on matters
directly relating to child and family services and required approvals. He/she is
responsible for monitoring the individual training and performance improvement needs of
their Care Managers and planning required activities.
Requirements
Qualified candidate must possess a LCSW, LPC and have a minimum of 2-years post
Master's related supervisory experience in children's mental health, child welfare,
juvenile justice, special education or a related public sector human services or behavioral
health field working with at-risk children and their families. Must be clinically and
culturally competent/responsive. Must be computer literate; must possess a valid New
Jersey Driver's License; must pass a criminal background check. Preferred
Qualifications: Experience: Prior wrap-around experience, community relations and
resource development. Training: Bi-lingual (Spanish/English) a plus.

Job Description
TRG is expanding looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual, who can work effectively in
both team and independent environments. The role's primary responsibility is to be the lead database
developer designing, implementing, testing and deploying database code.
This varied job will include communication with internal and client IT/Business personnel, analysis of
client/industry requirements, development of product enhancements/ functionality. Applicant must have
demonstrated experience developing relational databases using industry best practices and methodologies.
SQL Server or Sybase ASE certification or similar an advantage.
Location
This opportunity is located at TRG's New York headquarters in mid-town Manhattan, New York City.
Technical Requirements
The successful candidate will demonstrate the following database development technical skills:
· Transact SQL in a MS SQL Server or Sybase ASE environment*
· Stored procedure and trigger programming
· Schema design and implementation
· Database performance optimization and code tuning
(*We will consider Oracle PL/SQL or IBM DB2 developers interested in converting to a T/SQL environment
who can demonstrate strong experience of schema design and development)
The following technical skills are also desirable but not mandatory:
· Java, Javascript, Java Server Pages, J2EE, HTML, Dynamic HTML
· Visual BASIC 6 or VB.net
· Microsoft Access (and VBA in an Access environment)
· Fundamentals of TCP/IP, local area networks, routing, firewalls, etc

· Ability to author technical documents, including design specs, client-facing release notes & KBAs

· Excellent attention to detail. Understanding of the need for thorough testing
· Ability to explain technical concepts and architecture to non-technical colleagues and clients
· Ability to work internationally with clients and colleagues via telephone, video conferencing, email, etc.
· Experience within accounting or finance systems, is also desirable
