Job Title: Developer Location: Peapack, NJ Duration: 12+ months Job Description: Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Logistics, or related discipline is desired. Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of Information Technology experience in implementing systems involving design, development, configuration and deployment of applications within a large IT organization preferably in Pharmaceutical manufacturing, logistics, or supply chain systems. Experience with global systems a plus. Knowledge of the software development lifecycle, configuration management, and software development methodologies (preferably Enterprise Life Cycle (ELC) / Solution Life Cycle (SLC) is desired. Full life cycle software design and implementation experience is required . Familiarity with Distribution , Order to Cash systems , and Electronic Data Interchange transactions desired. Must be experienced in AS/400 / ISeries systems , RPG Language, CL programming and Synon(Ca2e) Case Development Tool. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required. Candidate will be expected to work independently with a wide variety of global teams including Transportation, Logistics, Customer Service, Data Center Support, technical IT management, offshore coding resources . Successful candidate must have demonstrated ability to communicate, understand, and translate business requirements into information technology requirements and deliverables. Demonstrated ability to develop and adhere to project plans . Ability to enforce thorough testing and documentation standards . Candidate will support Pharmaceutical's Global Logistics Order to Cash System , RCS (Revenue Cycle System ) . RCS supports Pharmaceutical' The main responsibilities for this position will be the support and development of Pharmaceutical's Revenue Cycle System . This include production support for our client customer service organizations (Pharmaceutical Pharmaceuticals, Pharmaceutical Animal Health, Pharmaceutical Center Source ), and programming of enhancements or new development . Duties include , but are not limited to : • Work with the business clients to analyze data and suggest good Implementation opportunities . • Analyze business change requests and provide time/cost estimates. • Manage project implementation schedules. • Assist in cross team testing for new implementations. • Provide Level 2 and 3 support for sites on various issues. • Enforce adherence to Pharmaceutical documentation and testing standards. • Coordinate tasks with other IT teams and business areas. • Provide frequent and timely management feedback and progress status. • System performance monitoring. • Understand scope and limitations for changes to global systems.
