Westchester Company is looking for a strong candidate with experience in the healthcare, insurance claims/benefits industry. Must have managed IT application development, infrastructure, networking, project management, security, and information management. Must have 5-10 yrs in the concepts and processes associated with insurance product design/management. Needs solid experience administering various products including HMO, PPO, POS, fully insured, self insured, consumer driven plans, high deductible plans, HRA's, HSA's and pharmacy products. Hippa experience and SOX exp. would be huge pluses as would outsourcing or call center experience. No healthcare, claims and insurance experience, no interview unfortunately.
