JOB SUMMARY
The Solutions Architect provides ownership of Pre- and Post-Sales activities including project requirements gathering and systems due diligence encompassing full lifecycle for a BPO/imaging/document management solution engagement. You'll be responsible for managing the priorities and tasks of the development and implementation team, overseeing adherence to project development budgets and project milestones including light project management tasks and activities, supporting cross functional teams from Sales, Management and Technical groups, interacting with prospective clients to gather system requirements, and development of and facilitation of the adoption of best practice methodologies. The successful candidate will be expected to be familiar with technology business analysis, workflow, new technology solutions, and business operations associated with the imaging, BPO or document management industry. This position involves 40-50% domestic travel.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree is required (ideally in CIS, MIS or other related technical field but based on experience other degrees will be considered).
This is a mid-level position. 5+ years experience in pre-sales, professional services, or client management role(s) specifically in the BPO, Imaging or Document Management industry is required.
Unfortunately at this time we cannot consider someone who has been at the Director or Executive level in past roles. We need someone who is going to be challenged in a mid-level role and not someone willing to take a step down until the market picks up. Anyway, if you are at this executive level the money probably won't track right (this opportunity has under six figure base with $30K plus or minus bonus pool)
Experience with BPO or similar solutions in the Healthcare (Payer or Provider), Insurance (Property & Casualty), Financial (Mortgage), Government (Federal) or similar is preferred
Experience working directly with customers in pre-sales, project management, customer support or technical delivery roles
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (presentation, verbal, and written)
Able to quickly comprehend and design new business processes
Able to understand and effectively communicate technical concepts relating to systems integration, web services, user interface design, business logic, file formats, transfer methods, encryption, etc.
Strong problem solving abilities and ability to ask creative questions in order to uncover client needs.
