We seek a business oriented CTO / SVP of Information Technologist with a strong track record in global technology management in Financial Services. This position is a key player in Freeborders' Financial Services practice - reporting to EVP Practices and Process. This candidate should have extensive knowledge of capital markets and their trading, risk and analytic systems. Strong leadership skills, with experience of building and running distributed teams. You should be an expert in a variety of Capital Market products and services. Experience advisor to Tier 1 Capital Market firms in the areas of M&A, Technology & Operational Strategy, and Technology Delivery. Have an exceptional ability to communicate with traders, clients and C-level management. Experienced and a proven track record with Mergers and Acquisitions including full scope of business and technology integration in financial service industries.
