This candidate should have extensive knowledge of capital markets and their trading, risk and analytic systems. Strong leadership skills, with experience of building and running distributed teams.

You should be an expert in a variety of Capital Market products and services. Experience advisor to Tier 1 Capital Market firms in the areas of M&A, Technology & Operational Strategy, and Technology Delivery.

Have an exceptional ability to communicate with traders, clients and C-level management. Experienced and a proven track record with Mergers and Acquisitions including full scope of business and technology integration in financial service industries.

Minimal Requirements;

Must have 10 years of prior managerial and/or team leadership experience·
Must have 10 years experience as a senior member of a global technology management team·
Must have exceptional ability to communicate with clients and C-level management
Lead team of technology professionals both onshore and offshore resources
MBA in Finance and Banking is desirable

Job Description and Qualifications
 
The Project Manager will report to the Director of  Strategic Initiatives for the Office of School Support Services and be responsible for driving the execution of the OSSS initiatives for School Food´s Information Technology Projects.  The Project Manager will lead the designated team in meeting the established goals within the timeframe outlined.  The Project Manager must have outstanding organizational, analytical, problem-solving and communication skills and have demonstrated success in managing complex teams.
 
Specifically, it is expected that the Project Manager will be proficient and have demonstrated success in the following three areas:
 
Project Management

Can understand and enhance project vision as well as communicate it to others.
Develop schedules for task and overall project completion
Think creatively about tackling obstacles as they arrive
Work well with staff, both inside and outside the OSSS, in order to elicit necessary cooperation
 

Excellent knowledge of Food Service applications
Understanding of relationship between Food Service Systems and budget control needs
Ability to develop comprehensive design accommodating multiple projects
 
Information Technology Knowledge

Understanding of fundamentals of Information Technology
Ability to develop cohesive IT plan drawing upon multiple data sources
Additional notes: Experience with food service applications is strongly preferred, candidates with strong, demonstrable experience with applications related to business process documentation, analysis, improvement / re-engineering, particulary such experience related to high-transaction volume logistics-related operations, will be considered; candidates with IT project managment experience not directly related to operational processes will not be considered.

CGS Technology Associates is looking for Senior Business Analysts for a consulting assignment in Northern NJ.

Here is the outline:

Individual will work with business process owners to identify and document business requirements and processes that contribute to the implementation of the technology solutions. Assist with facilitating discussions with business process owners, technology members and third party vendors or consultants. Identify and document potential technology solution deficiencies. Prioritize work to meet milestones and complete deliverables in a timely manner while adhering to the business requirements throughout the project lifecycle. Prepare documentation, presentations, charts, tables and diagrams and conduct reviews for scope, business justification and business requirements including use cases, design documents, prototypes and business rules.

Skills
Hands-on experience using Microsoft Office Suite, flow charting software and project management methodologies. Business financial process experience or its equivalent in education and experience. Excellent writing and editing skills, as well as strong verbal communication skills. Skilled in organizing information based on reviewing meeting notes, specifications, interviewing clients, architects and developers.
