This is a program manager's role in practice development for middleware.

Experienced program manager who has estimation and staffing skills as well
as experience with practice development.

*MUST COME FROM CONSULTING (They like brand name organizations like "The
Final Four or the other similarly sized firms like Bearingpoint, Accenture
or Capgemini.*

MUST HAVE MIDDLEWARE EXPERIENCE (Either Websphere or Weblogic is OK) *

Experience managing engagements involving Middleware and preferably Content
Management Portals.
