Job Description and Qualifications
The Project Manager will report to the Director of Strategic Initiatives for the Office of School Support Services and be responsible for driving the execution of the OSSS initiatives for School Food´s Information Technology Projects. The Project Manager will lead the designated team in meeting the established goals within the timeframe outlined. The Project Manager must have outstanding organizational, analytical, problem-solving and communication skills and have demonstrated success in managing complex teams.
Specifically, it is expected that the Project Manager will be proficient and have demonstrated success in the following three areas:
Project Management
Can understand and enhance project vision as well as communicate it to others.
Develop schedules for task and overall project completion
Think creatively about tackling obstacles as they arrive
Work well with staff, both inside and outside the OSSS, in order to elicit necessary cooperation
Excellent knowledge of Food Service applications
Understanding of relationship between Food Service Systems and budget control needs
Ability to develop comprehensive design accommodating multiple projects
Information Technology Knowledge
Understanding of fundamentals of Information Technology
Ability to develop cohesive IT plan drawing upon multiple data sources
Additional notes: Experience with food service applications is strongly preferred, candidates with strong, demonstrable experience with applications related to business process documentation, analysis, improvement / re-engineering, particulary such experience related to high-transaction volume logistics-related operations, will be considered; candidates with IT project managment experience not directly related to operational processes will not be considered.

Rate: 50 -$70/hr Corp to corp
Description:
We are seeking a Clinical Data Manager who will be responsible for managing
data management activities, interfacing with Clinical Operations on behalf
of the Data Management Department to ensure that standards are communicated
properly, that timelines are met according to objectives and goals and that
data reporting needs are scheduled and addressed and that the quality of
data management deliverables are monitored.
Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
. Review CRF design.
. Create CRF Completion Guidelines/Mock CRF's and coordinate their
review and approval.
. Review and approve Data Management Plan components, i.e., study
summary/data flow diagrams, timelines, critical variables list, etc.
. Review Data Validation Specifications and coordinate input for the
company's Biometrics/Data Management Departments to ensure that Statistical
Analysis Plan (SAP) requirements will be met.
. Specify data review tools to be included in the data validation
process to ensure that safety and SAP requirements are met.
. Represent department on clinical trial team, project management
and status reporting.. Handle AE/SAE reconciliation.
. Monitor external batch data loading and any CRF to electronic
data.
. Inventory reconciliation.
. Ensure that the company's timelines for data deliverables are met
by requesting/ reviewing metric reports, keeping internal clinical teams
informed regarding project status and issues as they arise.
. Contribute actively to the review of working practices and the
development of SOP's.
. May represent the company at Investigator Meetings and internal
clinical meetings
. May carry out mentoring responsibilities with Clinical Data
Coordinators.
Required Qualifications:
. Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy or Nursing
. 6 or more years of experience in drug development and the
discipline of data management or an equivalent combination of training and
experience.
. Experience in Oracle Clinical data management system
. Familiarity with SAS required.
