This position contributes to company's business planning regarding technology and systems required to maintain company operations and competitiveness.

Establishes long-term direction for information systems,
and plans strategy for the development and/or integration of software to meet the needs of the business.

This is achieved through the leadership of associates and the management of relations with internal / external customers and its strategic technology partners.

* Major technologies utilized:
o IBM mainframe, IBM ACE, AIX servers, Intel servers, PC*s
o z/OS, CICS, AIX, JAVA, IBM Websphere, Linux

o Lotus Notes, Microstrategy, Cognos

Job Requirements:
* Provide exceptional customer service
* Build relationships with peers, executive management, customers and vendor partners
* Experience managing other Project Managers
* Setting and achievement of annual business objectives
* Budget and salary administration
* Project management and prioritization
* Resource management
* Identification and implementation of technology to meet business needs
* Consensus building with internal & external customers on system requirements, designs and deliverables
* Presentations to committees, executive management and Board of Directors to gain approvals for initiatives
* College degree required
