We have been engaged to assist our client, ViroPharma Incorporated (NASDAQ: VPHM), with their search for an Associate Director, Financial Information.  ViroPharma is a publicly-traded multinational biotechnology company dedicated to the development and commercialization of products that address serious unmet medical needs.  The company continues to grow through sales of its marketed products, Vancocin and Cinryze, along with ongoing development of its product pipeline.  Corporate headquarters are located in Exton, PA. 
 
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12-15 years progressive experience in ERP financial management software/systems, reporting tools, implementation and process improvement.  The successful candidate will also have strong experience both utilizing and designing methodologies, templates and tools to optimize business process analysis.  Experience within either a public or international life sciences company is preferred.          
 
Compensation consists of a base salary in the $145K - $160K range along with a 20% bonus and equity.

Comrise is currently looking for an experienced and seasoned Account Executive, truly a hunter, for the NY/NJ metropolitan area. This qualified person will directly generate revenue through selling and developing staffing opportunities with new and existing customer accounts, (Consultants and Full-Time Placements).

Responsibilities

The responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

The entire sales process; beginning from initial contact to closing the deal, and also employ multiple strategies to develop new clients, from identification of the client to placement. The Account Executive will also develop strong relationships with their client companies, and maintain those relationships by providing appropriate solutions for their clients' needs.

Qualifications:

This self-motivated and goal-oriented individual must have:

o 3 + years of experience - an exceptional track record of success in developing new staff supplementation business in at least of one of the industries mentioned above.
o Enthusiasm and high energy
o Strong interpersonal, organization and teamwork skills
o Strong skills in handling multiple client companies in a fast placed environment
o Ability to handle aggressive quotas
o Solid knowledge of technical jobs, responsibilities and skills in different industries
o Excellent communications skills
o Bachelor's degree or higher preferred

Position: Business Development Director

Anticipated Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000

Summary: Established Produce Grower, Packer and Shipper is looking for a
Director of Business Development to oversee the entire US territory. Reports
to: Vice President of Sales & Marketing

Produce experience is a must!

Primary Responsibilities:

* Develop new business with retailers and food service distributors

* Build and sustain relationships, and increase sales with existing
retailers and food service distributors

* Work closely with the VP Sales & Marketing to execute the sales &
marketing strategic plan

* Work closely with the Sales & Marketing team to target and pursue
strategic customer prospects and company-wide business opportunities

* Coordinate with the Marketing Department to enhance and develop
innovative customer presentations, business reviews, and promotions for
prospect and existing customer calls

Key Requirements:

* Produce experience is a must

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
Advanced degree in Marketing or related areas a plus

* A minimum of 7 years of experience in National Sales Account
Management in the fresh produce industry

* Current call lists with U.S. retailers and food service
distributors a must

* Call lists with Canadian retailers and food service distributors
not required, but a plus

* Able to travel a minimum of 60%

* Call cycle to include regular visits to company headquarters

* Successful track record in establishing, meeting and exceeding
sales projections and forecasts, including proven success with developing
and servicing major accounts (regional and national retailers and food
service distributors), i.e. "closing the sale"

* Proven track record of performing effective sales and marketing
presentations at the executive and buyer levels

* Proven track record in recruiting, training and evaluating
employees at various levels of professional development

* Base of operation in a major market within the West/Southwest
Region a plus

* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

* Excellent analytical and problem solving skills

* Must be a self-starter and highly motivated individual

* Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred but not required
