7 years Java development -Very good communication skills are a must
-Industry experience. Would be helpful if the developer was familiar with
some typical workflows found in large transaction systems like financial,
insurance, back end retail, ect -SDM skills ie analysis and design through
development. All of our developers are expected to have good written skills
and the ability to develop both functional and technical specifications for
a given system. -Java/J2EE experience particularly with WSAD or Eclipse. We
need well rounded Java/J2ee experience. Emphasis on back end development.
-DB experience with DB2 and SQL Server. Need to have good sql skills and
write procedures of moderate to difficult complexity. Requirements · Java ·
J2EE · XML-Web Services · SQL and or DBS
