Below are details regarding a PM position in Summit, NJ. The position is a long-term contract with the possibility of rolling into a full-time position. Please send me your resume in a word doc if you are interested in this position.

Position Description:
Work with clients to understand and define business objectives, user requirements, and workflow requirements to implement the right IT solution. The project manager role will partner with the different business areas, and project teams (IT and BU) to gain a detailed understanding of requirements. Provide detailed guidance and provide their own IT expertise to identify or verify requirements.
Under the guidance of the Program Manager, responsible for the overall management of the specific task order(s) and insuring that the technical solutions and schedules in the task order(s) are implemented in a timely manner.

Sales Training/Sales and Marketing
Infrastructure
Procurement
Accounts Payable

Responsibilities:
· Interact with multiple business groups, IT and related functional areas to determine requirements and
workflows to understand business needs.
· Overseeing the daily technical activities of the project.
· Assist in defining project objectives, schedules and priorities, articulate and effectively communicate project
issues and status to project team members and escalate when necessary.
· Creates and executes project work plans with input from all functional areas and revises as appropriate to
meet changing needs and requirements.
· Interfacing with management on a regular basis, providing written updates/reports and discussing
issues/recommendations.
· Coordinate the activities of requirements gathering and workflow definitions.
· Managing team resources and ensuring timely submission of all project deliverables
· Act as subject matter expert and technical resource to Sales Marketing project team and the IT
development and IT PMO staff in all phases of the development and implementation process.
· Participate on a team of internal subject matter experts, outside consultants, and system integrators.
· Translate business requirements into detailed technical requirements.
· Manage the creation and delivery of discrete deliverables directly to customers as well as provide
leadership assistance and advice to customers.
· Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities.
· Manage customer, and third-party vendor resources.
· Act as a business partner for interfacing with Corporate IT.

Skills Required/Preferred:·
Technical;
· Experience with Systems Development Life Cycle,
· Possesses general understanding in the areas of application programming, database and system design.
· Experience managing IT projects.
· PMP certification preferred.
· Ability to communicate with all levels - technical and management.
· Ability to work and contribute in a team environment.
· Ability to identify and mitigate risks and issues.
· Business system project management experience.
· Project management experience in the Pharmaceutical Sales Training/Sales and Marketing area is
required.
· MS Project Professional preferred.
· MS Office 2007 preferred.
· Sharepoint preferred.

Education:
Bachelor degree in Business Management, Computer Science or related discipline or equivalent experience.

Industry Experience:
3-5 years of solid, diverse work experience in a large-scale bio/pharmaceutical with a focus on Sales
Training and Marketing

Multiple Java Spring/MVC Roles in King of Prussia PA

We currently have multiple contract to hire opportunities
for Java Spring MVC Engineers at a major company in King of Prussia, PA. You
must have EAD, Green Card or Citizenship status.

Additional Candidate Requirements:
* Spring
MVC is a required skill.

o The Spring Framework has many
components. You must specifically have Spring MVC knowledge.
o We will accept candidates that
have less than 2 years of Spring knowledge provided they can prove that they
have the ability to learn new technologies quickly. Their experience should
demonstrate this ability. During the interview, they will be asked basic Spring
questions. They should (as part of their interview prep) research Spring and be
able to answer these basic questions.

Responsibilities

* Implement new features,
components, and services from specs employing Java-based technologies with
little direct supervision.
* Participate in requirements
analysis and development planning activities.
* Assist in resolving testing and
production issues when they arise.
* Produce detailed and accurate
documentation relating to assigned tasks when necessary.
* Promote highly-collaborative,
team-oriented environment, working closely with all levels of product
development staff and third-party development teams.

Requirements
* BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science
or a related technical field (or equivalent), with strong competencies in
object-oriented development, data structures, algorithms and software design
and architecture.
* 5 years experience programming
Core Java, JSP and J2EE technologies.
* Extensive (2+ years) experience
using Spring and Spring MVC.
* Coding experience using
Web-presentation technologies (HTML, CSS, Javascript), SQL scripting, and Unix
scripting.
* Solid grasp of software
development lifecycle best-practices, methods, and conventions, including but
not limited to Test Driven Development, Source Code Management, Continuous
Integration, Domain Driven Design, and Dependency Management.
* Strong oral and written
communication skills.

* It is preferred if the candidate
is involved in the Development community such as Open Source project user
groups.
* It is preferred if the candidate
has 2-3 years of experience with Messaging Technologies.
* Candidate must be enthusiastic
about new technologies.
* Candidates must have experience
supporting long term initiatives
* Candidates must have a consistent
track record of supporting projects with a duration of 2 years+
* Candidates must be open to full
time employment

King of Prussia, PA client is building a new team to set up and implement a
brand new environment using a Sterling software package. This is a
contract to hire or straight 6 month contract assignment. 10 % of the
work will include client interaction.
Responsibilities:

Develops a framework for
implementing Sterling Business Integration Suite B2B jobs incorporating
best practices in a standardized format
* Develop Sterling Business Integration Suite jobs using above framework for various data loading and extracting projects
* Develops LINUX shell scripts to run above processes
* Works with operations department to schedule above jobs using AutoSys
* Train team members in use of Sterling Business Integration Suite and best practices

Qualifications:

Requirements:
* Must have 3 to 5 years experience in designing and developing in Sterling Commerce's BIS Solution Suite (ideally latest version 5.0)
* Proven experience in specifying best practices for Sterling Business Integration Suite job development
* Minimum of 3 Sterling Business Integration Suite frameworks developed using best practice specifications
* Several jobs developed using afore mentioned frameworks
* Proven experience in training resources in use of Sterling Business Integration Suite
* Proven ability to mentor in a team-oriented environment.
* Experience working in Linux environments
* Experience developing shell scripts for running Sterling Business Integration Suite jobs
* Experience with Oracle 10g database environments
* Experience with AS400 DB2 environments
