1. Description: Project Manager. The Project Manager works with many areas of the organization and has working knowledge of initiating, planning and executing, monitoring & controlling and the closing of projects. To accomplish these tasks, the successful candidate must be able lead project teams directly in both a virtual and matrix environment, and know how to apply project management processes, including managing stakeholder expectations, communications, budget management, scheduling management, performance reporting of initiatives/ projects. This individual will maintain scope, cost and schedule of simple to complex projects through management of the project and interaction with the project stakeholder, including development and maintenance of project management plan and communication. This individual serves as a role model to team members by demonstrating a commitment to commonly adopted processes and standards for project management. This position will also ensure that the core team reaches the desired quality level; create and gain approval of formal SOW's; facilitate core team meetings and maintain master project schedules. Analyze and report actual performance vs. goals. Establish clear objectives and deliverables for the programs that support the business.
