Parking: Free parking is offered at Church of the Assumption, 90 Maple
Avenue.

You may also park anywhere along the street, but please be aware that the
meters generally

expire after two hours so you will most likely need to feed them and/or move
your car.

Please do not park on the grounds at Saint Peter's. These parking spaces are
reserved

for clergy and staff.

Time: 9:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.

What: "Applying Techniques for Creating Effective Network
Connections." This interactive, networking-based session will provide
insights on ways to be a more effective networker by applying improved
listening skills. Participants will practice several forms of listening
while others present their 30-second Introductions. There will be a brief
review of how to create an introduction that paints a memorable image for
the listener. The goal is to have participants leave the workshop with
improved skills, practiced in the safety of a small group. Participants also
should make at least one or more new network connections that will lead to
meeting a hiring manager.

We will begin with a recap of the "Creating Effective Network Connections"
workshop covered at PSG for those who do not attend that meeting.

Please remember that networking will be an integral part of the workshop
exercises.

9:00 a.m. - 9:15 a.m. Welcome/announcements and success stories.

9:15 a.m. - 10:45 a.m. "Applying Techniques for Creating Effective Network
Connections." Facilitated by Paul Cecala and Chris Boyd.

10:45 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. Wrap-up.

** Group meetings follow Monday MCCN meetings: Media Communications and
Marketing

The Growth Initiative Management (GIM) department is part of the Operating Company and consists of three pillars; Innovation, Product Group Management (PGM) and Process technology. As part of the product group "Proteins", we are looking for a Product Group Manager Protein Hydrolysates. This position is based at our hydrolysates production facility in New York in the Catskills region. Frequent overnight travel to our metro NY/NJ commercial office and other domestic destinations is required as are several international trips to the Netherlands or other foreign destinations.

At the hydrolysate plant of the nutritional division located in NY we are searching for a:

who is able to:

Description
- Evaluate and translate customer/market requirements into the product group strategy for Protein Hydrolysates.
- Co-responsible for the formulation and implementation of the Hydrolysates Innovation program.
- Ensure implementation of the Product Group strategies and product plans
- Make available Business cases supporting major growth related capital expenditures.
- Participation in project teams involved in execution of investment projects that deliver growth in the protein hydrolysates product segment
- Preparation of pricing guidelines based on customer value for the Sales department.
- Provide the framework and content for all promotional and technical information required to support Sales & Marketing.
- Sponsor, co-ordinate, and monitor projects contributing to the product strategies and plans. Head up the product group teams.
- Involvement in S&OP process of product allocation/scheduling.

Job requirements
- Masters degree in Food Technology or (Technical) Business Administration, supported with Supply chain and Finance training modules would be an advantage.
- Experience in working in multidisciplinary projects
- Pro-active self starter with vision
- Result oriented with excellent problem solving, analytical and influencing skills
- Excellent inter-personal communication skills
- Travel (occasionally international) to other FCD locations, customers, and outsourcing partners will be a requirement. (Passport and Driver's License required).
