Job Description:
Manager of Organizational Development    
Purpose of the Position:
* In this highly visible role, this detail-oriented professional will help promote best practice organizational development excellence and report into the Senior Director of Human Resources.
* Develops, administers, plans, implements, communicates and evaluates varied organizational development and associate engagement projects.
* Leads projects or project teams involved in the design, delivery and evaluation of programs such as 'Great Places to Work' annual application process, annual engagement survey and cultural leadership action planning (organization and business unit level).
* Interacts and partners with senior leadership, Human Resources and operations management to assess and recommend associate retention solutions.
* Conducts research and benchmarking for the development of proposals, training programs and presentations to support associate engagement, career development and retention.
* Coordinates vendors and consultants to support the needs of the corporate culture, such as retention and associate engagement projects.
KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
* Partner with key stakeholders to design and execute corporate culture and change management activities; communicates plans and anticipated outcomes to support positive relationships.
* Facilitate strategic planning meetings for various levels of the leadership team and various business units to influence and impact the organization at every level.
* Work closely with senior leadership, Human Resources and the operational business teams to understand ongoing needs, manage processes, and strive for continuous improvement and upgrades in organizational effectiveness.
* Deliver application and culture audit for the 'Great Places to Work' annual submission process.
* Manage projects such as the roll-out of the global engagement survey and other organizational-wide culture initiatives.
* Consult with department heads and supervisors to determine organizational development needs and priorities.
* Lead change and role model new behaviors to drive business growth
* Build relationships and align with diverse stakeholders, negotiate interests and deliver integrated solutions.
* Design and execute a targeted marketing and communications plan to ensure utilization of the programs and processes.
* Manage vendor and internal stakeholder relationships.
* Establish and maintain contact with various organizational development sources.
* Choose appropriate metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of projects and reports findings to key stakeholders.
* Identify critical success factors and design evaluation/assessment tools (e.g. pre/post tests) to evaluate the effectiveness of organizational development programs.
* Use information to adjust techniques for future projects of similar nature and scope.
* Value continuous improvement and always strive to be better.

Responsibilities: The Region People Support

preferred.
' Solid experience in Union avoidance,
recruitment and staffing, Employee Relations including fact finding, managing
conflicts and developing win/win solutions.

As IT Director of Software Development, s/he will play an

Minimum Requirements:
BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent
Minimum 10 years technical experience in software
development and 5 years management experience
7 -10 years experience in all aspects of application design,
development, testing and implementation
Solid technical understanding of web-based architecture,
relational databases and object-oriented design
Excellent communication skills with an ability to move from
deep technical discussions to strategic conversations with ease
Track record of successfully delivering high-quality
software products
Demonstrated ability to lead a development team
Previous experience managing teams of 15 or more developers
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to interact professionally with a diverse group
including customers, executives, managers, and subject matter experts

Preferred Skills:
Experience in the following:
Healthcare industry
Working with Java and .NET based technologies
Experience with Spring framework, Web Services, Java script,
