development.

Job Qualifications Education/Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management or related field
- 5+ years of Human Resource experience, preferably in Organizational
Development or Talent Management
- Experience implementing an integrated talent management system a plus

Knowledge:
- Broad-based knowledge of talent development programs
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

The Senior Information Technology Security Engineer is responsible for
delivering technology security services to the organization in a complex
connected environment comprising several Intranets and Extranets. She/he will
quickly resolve incidents relating to server, network, and client based

large global infrastructure. The candidate will be responsible for establishing
a security roadmap with clear goals and milestones, along with the evaluation

The Candidate will also be responsible for setting up and enforcing acceptable

Roles and Responsibilities
The candidate will have the following key roles:
- Improve Information security posture via implementation of best practices and

- Ensure security-related documentation is created and updated in a timely
manner and recommend installation, modification or replacement of any system
component, hardware or software, and any configuration change that affects the

Responsibilities

Day to day responsibilities include the management of 3-5 projects (mix of large, medium and small initiatives) simultaneously as well as ad-hoc responsibilities within the Futures Operations Technology Project Office & Business Office to support initiatives for the Futures line of business. The position requires an independent go getter individual with strong Project Management Skills as well as Business Analysis experience. The position is skewed toward strong Project Management skills and the ability to deliver projects more than Business Analyst skills.

The candidate must have the following Base Skill Set:

Must have strong analytical skills and strong oral and written communication skills.

Key Requirements:
