*Job Description*

We are looking for a change agent for the Commercial Marketing team to be
part of the growth and transformation that we are experiencing. This person
will be creating, developing and implementing direct marketing programs that
drive demand. S/He will establish short- and long-term objectives and

future. This individual will build a team that brings professional

- The Director, Direct Marketing will be the expert in using vendors to
leverage internal and external data sources and apply multi-layered data
processing strategies to identify best prospects: how they buy and their
buying criteria in order to support growth of the business.

- Experience with leading the development and implementation of creative
strategy for direct mail, email and online campaigns that support lead
generation, customer and lifecycle retention strategies, across different
countries and languages, that increase the flow of qualified leads and
increase product usage
- Work closely with Customer Service Strategy and Product Management to
develop an integrated direct marketing plan to support individual product
marketing objectives.
- Determine the most effective and profitable direct marketing strategy,
testing and contact methods (e.g. email marketing, etc.).
- Use strategies to profile, score and optimize customer segments for
cross selling of additional products and services and /or acquiring new
customers.
- Coordinate global planning of marketing programs and initiatives with

- Work with sales operation database analysts to mine the customer
database to support tactical direct marketing campaigns to support major
accounts.

- Prepare and maintain annual budgets for programs. Provide quarterly
budget forecasts. Ensure costs are managed appropriately to budget.

- 10+ years direct marketing management spanning SaaS, traditional

Job Summary:
This position will serve as the primary Human Resources contact for an assigned client group consisting of managers and employees on issues related to staffing, training, employee relations, compensation, and talent management; and partner with managers to implement strategic goals and objectives that support the company's overall business objectives. This role will also be responsible for developing and driving workforce culture through workforce planning and competency analysis; provide counsel to managers to ensure compliance to employment laws to reduce the Company's exposure to employment litigation; assist in the formulation, administration, and enforcement of company policies and procedures related to all aspects of Human Resources; and is responsible to plan and execute the human resources strategies.
 
Responsibilities: 
In this role, you will work with Talent Acquisition partners to assist in the sourcing and recruiting of employees for assigned areas of responsibility, as required; assist members of assigned client group to identify and select top internal and external talent; and take an active role in their orientation, and development of new employees. 
With limited supervision, this role will counsel managers from assigned departments in the resolution of employee relations issues using knowledge of federal/state law and company policy to ensure consistency of application and reduce the risk of litigation; receive and resolve employee complaints, assist in investigations when required, provide guidance and recommendations for problem resolution; and represent Human Resources in formal disciplinary meetings (including terminations) .
The Incumbent will serve as frontline contact for managers from assigned departments attempting to resolve compensation issues; filter questions and provide information, guidance, and resolution when possible; monitor accuracy of job descriptions, exemption status of positions, timekeeping procedures, etc. to ensure that state and federal wage and hour statutes are being adhered to on a consistent basis; and assist in the development/ revision of PDQ's as needed.
Assist Organizational Development professionals on development of in-house training programs for employees including orientation sessions, educational training sessions, and skill enhancement training sessions. Assist in the development and presentation of training for employees and managers related to HR processes (i.e. performance management process, 360 tools). Provide business-focused guidance to senior leaders on all matters related to employee and organizational design, development, and succession. Lead the implementation of the performance management processes and systems to drive a performance based culture that drives business goals. Creates and/or revises Human Resources policies and procedures. Interpret, administer, monitor, and enforce policy to ensure consistency of application and adherence. Prepare employee communications as needed for the Intranet or e-bulletin to update employees on organizational announcements (new hires/promotions) ,
activities, events, etc. Coordinate quarterly new hire orientation for all employees. Take an active role in cross-functional, inter-departmental teams or committees representing Human Resources in support of company goals and objectives.
 
Education/Experienc e
Qualified candidates must have a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or Business Administration (with related Human Resources experience); minimum of 5 years experience in Human Resources; Pharmaceutical experience is a plus. 
Basic knowledge of state and federal employment statutes; strong organizational and problem-solving skills; process orientation; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong communication skills, able to express complex situations well verbally and in group presentations; Strong interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written); good presentation skills.
