Team size for project consists of 7 to 8 Analysts. * Proven experience working with non-technical Subject Matter Experts to elicit requirements. * Prior experience a analyzing legacy using SQL queries on Oracle and SQL Server environments. * Microsoft Office experience is mandatory. * Prior experience developing technical requirements to support multiple, complex ETL data processes that are updated continuously daily basis. * Prior experience developing use cases or user stories. * Prior experience with requirements management tools such as HPQC or DOORS. * English-language fluency with excellent verbal and written communication skills * Must provide References for relevant job skills. * Ten years of industry experience. * College degree in related industry field. Desirable Additional Experience * Experience in the special education, educational services, or City of NY. SharePoint * Familiarity with SCRUM or Agile Methodologies * Experience with version control systems * .Net development experience .
