The Program Manager will provide client oriented leadership, account management and project management functions for clients in the Insurance vertical. The Program Manager will create and manage synergies, dependencies while resolving any conflicts, risks and issues.  The Program Manager will recommend both tactical and strategic Program and Project direction to senior management based on ROI, business objectives, prioritization and overall impact. He or she will serve as a subject matter expert resource to the Project and Program functions and is expected to lead and create, then meet or exceed actual program targets, including all related P&L goals. The program manager will need to establish credibility within his/her client base and move from a vendor to partner status with an eventual goal of being a trusted advisor. They will need to balance the role of client facing, client advocate yet ensure that the services team is performing within scope and
according to plans.
 
Requirements:

5 to 10 years experience in the Insurance Industry (inside or as a solution provider) providing program management skills focused on complex infrastructure technology solutions that include the ability to associate technology features and functionality with a customer's business and IT strategy requirements.
Experience in managing all financial aspects of the major client engagement from strategic (long-term) and tactical perspectives. Proven ability to manage programs P&L with emphasis on margins and increased revenue while preserving and expanding mutually beneficial relationships with clients.
Experience in creating of a cohesive team focus from many matrix/virtual areas: executives, technical engineers, testing, vendors, all with widely differing business scopes and cultures, to achieve a common strategic objective and support the client's business strategy.
Extensive background in business planning and analysis, financial modeling and metrics.
Strong process knowledge of information technology from an application, database, server, networking and operating systems perspective. Knowledge of business continuance, high availability, disaster restart/recovery and other IT best practices concepts as they relate to business practices.
Experience in managing the research, architecture, planning, design, and implementation phases of customer's projects/programs during the entire life cycle from pre-sales to post-implementation
Excellent communication skills with all levels of external and internal executives, line management and personnel utilizing excellent written and presentation skills, ensuring the message is concise by bridging between technical and business viewpoints (both ways).
Reasonable amount of travel is required.

Responsibilities:

Manages the Program as the single point of contact for client needs, responsible for the success of  all  Services and insurance product project management delivery teams; ensuring appropriate and varying levels of methodology based on project size, complexity and risk, resulting in meeting defined project performance metrics.
Managing all financial aspects of client engagements including full responsibility for Program's P&L. Will be responsible for and measured by margins & generating additional revenues while preserving and expanding mutually beneficial relationships with clients.
Ability to positively represent the company to different customers and develops strong Customer relations and helps  personnel develop effective Customer relationships as demonstrated by follow on activities and an increased Services footprint within the client
Supports efforts to market and sell end-to-end solutions and participates in initiatives to improve the company's image and ability to deliver value-added services.
Develops, writes, and produces complex and unique solution proposals, statements of work, purchase agreements, and negotiates contract modifications.
Creates and then maintains the tracking of reports which includes Project based accounting, in the form of project P&L's, utilization metrics, T&E, etc... Creates and closely monitors key program performance indicators (budgeted revenue, earned revenue, budgeted cost, earned value, realization etc.).
Establishes and monitors program change control, configuration management and risk assessment process. Hand-offs to delivery account PM & team for closure.
Participates in Discovery Phase (under insurance product business line leadership) and  leads the Implementation Phase.
Manages interaction with the client (requirement  elaboration/ approvals, scope, change management, dependencies)
Manages interaction with insurance business line  and ensures that the program  remains aligned with the standard product/ blue-print
Provides the necessary buffer to delivery personnel by removing obstacles to success and appropriately inserting oneself into areas that require attention.

AMERICAN INDIAN COMMUNITY HOUSE, INC.

ADMINISTRATION: Site Manager & Management Information Systems Specialist

The mission of the American Indian Community House (AICH) is to improve the
well being of urban American Indians and to promote and increase the
visibility of American Indian cultures in an urban setting by administering
programming based on community needs and by cultivating relationships that
support and further our vision.

AICH seeks to hire an Site Manager & Management Information Systems
Specialist (Site Manager & MIS Specialist) who will be responsible for all
PC based applications, perform programming or business analyst functions;
management of day to day computer operations; oversee application
development of the existing system as well as analyze the system environment
including: hardware, software and operations for short and long term
enhancements; development of functional and design specifications for a new
computer system done in consultation with users; an understanding of the
Indian Health Service (IHS) Mainframe system environment providing specific
support to the Health Department�s Resource Patient Management Systems
(RPMS); Wellness, Diabetes, Behavioral Health, and Food Program computer
systems, including equipment, software and local area network. The position
also provides administrative support to all of AICH departments.

RESPONSIBILITIES & ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Responsibilities include: providing technical support in the development and
analysis of documentation standards utilized by stakeholders, performing
data entry functions to update and maintain the tracking of content for
Health Program Documentation Repository, incorporating documentation
archives into the Program Documentation Repository, verifying documentation
for quality and distribution, analyzing program documentation requirements,
identifying gaps and suggesting improvements, preparing guides and related
materials, maintaining logs, preparing and documenting reports, tracking of
issues regarding program documentation and security standards, as well as
coordinating special technical support projects as required. Additionally,
the Site Manager & MIS Specialist also needs web/graphic designer background
which will supplement and craft the structure, build the navigation, design
the interface, conduct quality assurance and perform site maintenance for
rich media AICH website, including internet, intranet and extranets. In
addition, the Site Manager & MIS Specialist is to prepare and compile
reports for management staff, maintain inventory listings, prepare quotes
for purchase of equipment, software and licenses.

Tasks also include, but not limited to the following:
Design annual reports, brochures, logos, email newsletters and social media
pages to communicate with staff and customers.
Work with a web developer and/or programmer to make the websites dynamic and
live.
Collaborate with content providers to select and format appropriate copy and
imagery.
Build site maps; develop wireframes and original imagery.
Perform user testing, create design prototypes, and define the look and feel
of the site.
Finalize graphic content in all media, including video, audio and Flash.

Health Department duties are as follows:
� Manage and assign usage codes and keys to the RPMS system.
� Provide training and technical assistance to staff on RPMS system
and other related hardware and software.
� Verify and maintain the quality of database integrity.
� Prepare data to be transmitted to Indian Health Service (IHS).
� Provide a monthly report both in narrative and statistical format
to the Director of Health Programs and Executive Director.
� Generate detail reports for users as requested and perform data
entry duties if needed.
� Maintain and distribute RPMS usage manuals.
� Assist in research and preparation of private and public
application for additional funding necessary to support and expand the data
needs of the organization.
� Maintain strict confidentiality of client and personnel
information adhering to HIPAA, professional codes of conduct, State of New
York regulations and AICH Policies and Procedures.

REPORTS TO: Executive Director & Director of Health Programs

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
1. A baccalaureate degree from an accredited college, including or
supplemented by 24 semester credits in computer science or a related
computer field and two years of progressively more responsible, full-time,
satisfactory experience using information technology in computer
applications programming, systems programming, computer systems development,
data telecommunications, database administration, planning of
data/information processing, user services, or area networks at least 18
months of this experience must have been in an administrative, managerial or
executive capacity in the areas of computer applications programming,
systems programming, computer systems development, data telecommunications,
data base administration, or planning of data processing or in the
supervision of staff performing these duties; or
2. A four-year high school diploma or its educational equivalent approved by
a State's department of education or recognized accrediting organization and
six years of experience as described in "1" above; or
3. A satisfactory combination of education and experience equivalent to
"1"or �2" above.

All candidates must have at least a four-year high school diploma or its
educational equivalent approved by a State's department of education or
recognized accrediting organization and must possess at least three years of
experience as described in �1� above, including the 18 months of
administrative, managerial, executive or supervisory experience as described
in �1� above.

Essential Skills
The preferred candidate should possess the following: a minimum of 3 years
Windows 2003/2008 Server maintenance and support; Current experience working
with WSUS (Windows Server Update Services); 1 year of experience in document
repository maintenance or related work; experience with MS Office programs
(Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) as well as industry-leading
project management tools; Strong portfolio of website design; Superior
knowledge of current web and graphic design trends and techniques; Strong
knowledge of HTML; Expert in CSS, Flash, Photoshop, Illustrator and
InDesign; Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications; Knowledge of
JavaScript, PHP and similar tools; meticulous attention to detail and
developed analytical skills; exceptional interpersonal and communication
skills (both oral and written); ability to multi-task and set priorities
under tight deadlines; ability to work with technical and non-technical
staff. Knowledge of Cold Fusion preferable.

We currently have 3 full time permanent opportunities for Java J2EE Software
Engineers at a major company in King of Prussia, PA. We are seeking a bright,
motivated Software Engineers to work as members of the Java/J2EE-based product
engineering teams building the next generation of our client company's products
and services.

Our client company is the leading outsource solution for e-commerce. The Web
Technologies department develops the company's web-based e-commerce products and
applications, including the core Web Store and the supporting Management Tools.

As a member of a cross-functional development team, Software Engineers work
closely with Database, Architecture, Quality Assurance, Project Management and
other software teams to implement technology solutions for new and existing
products and services. Software Engineers participate in all phases of product
development including: planning, analysis, design, development, testing and
ongoing support.


1. Java J2EE Software Engineer

Qualifications:
* BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field (or
equivalent), with strong competencies in object-oriented development, data
structures, algorithms and software design and architecture.
* 6 years experience programming Core Java, JSP and J2EE technologies.
* Extensive (4+ years) experience using Spring and Spring MVC.
* Coding experience using Web-presentation technologies (HTML, CSS,
Javascript), SQL scripting, and Unix scripting.
* Experience in re-factoring existing systems.
* Experience with automated build utilities and continuous integration
environments.
* Solid grasp of software development lifecycle best-practices, methods, and
conventions, including but not limited to Test Driven Development, Source Code
Management, Continuous Integration, Domain Driven Design, and Dependency
Management.
* Strong oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities:
* Implement new features, components, and services from specs employing
Java-based technologies with little direct supervision.
* Lead requirements analysis and development planning activities.
* Lead resolving testing and production issues when they arise.
* Produce detailed and accurate documentation relating to assigned tasks when
necessary.

* Promote highly-collaborative, team-oriented environment, working closely with
all levels of product development staff and third-party development teams.
* Mentor lower level software engineers within the team.

2. Sr. Java J2EE Software Engineer

Candidate Requirements:
* Spring MVC is a required skill.
* 1 Year experience minimum
* Our Client uses the following Spring Modules
* Core container module
* Application context module
* AOP module
* Web module
* MVC Framework module
* Web Flows module
* The Spring Framework has many components. As you screen candidates, please
make sure that the candidate specifically has Spring MVC knowledge. Many resumes
cite Spring and MVC separately, and often times have not used the
MVC-capabilities of the Spring Framework.

* Candidates must have experience supporting long term initiatives

Overview:
The primary focus of this position is to support software development and
maintenance within the Java API and JSP tiers for our company's partner
webstores and back-end system engineering functions. The position requires the
individual to work closely with the Database, Architecture and Project
Management teams to develop and implement new webstore functionality. Software
Engineers are involved in all phases of a project including: planning, reviewing
specifications, documentation, scheduling, development, testing and ongoing
support.

Responsibilities:

- Work with the technology project teams to guide the design of new applications
to support company business needs.

- Develop and enhance webstore API code based on project documentation including
written requirements, flow diagrams, page comps and data designs.
