SALES SYSTEM ANALYST

The Sales Systems Analyst will be responsible for establishing methods and procedures for tracking Sales quality, completeness and redundancy within our Sales forecasting system.
Key Responsibilities:
• Select and implement the appropriate tools, software, applications, and systems to support Sales & Marketing technology goals
• Support a User Tools Framework for mining and reporting information.
• Interface with 3rd Party IS Solution Providers in order to coordinate the development, maintenance and support of the project
• Identify opportunities to streamline Sales processes and propose and implement solutions to support efficiencies in these respective domains.
• Establish methods and procedures for tracking Sales quality, completeness, redundancy, and improvement in order to produce relative KPIs.
• Interface directly with the Supply Chain teams to assist with forecasting solutions, SRM solutions, and Forecast modeling.
• Address Sales & Marketing-related problems in regards to systems integration, compatibility, and multiple-platform integration.
• Learn and Utilize BI tools such as Qlikview and Business objects to support the Sales applications

Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field
• 3-4 years work experience as a Sales System Analyst or related field
• Experience in Consumer Product Industry
• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Working technical knowledge of current systems software, protocols, and standards
• Excellent Project Management and Delivery Skills; excellent analytic skills
• Knowledge of Business Intelligence Tools (Qlikview/Business Objects a Plus) and strong Excel skills
• A detail understanding of Sales Technology Systems, example SAP-CRM, Sales Planning, etc.
• Knowledge of the toolset of Trade Promotion management, Retail and Sales Force Automation, Sales Budget Planning, Category Management, New Product workflows and management, etc.
• Hands-on experience with data Analyst, data mining, large-scale data modeling, and business requirements gathering/analysis and support of Sales systems.
• Leadership abilities to steer and direct technology as well as business personnel
• Strong written and oral communication skills. Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
