Business Analyst
Weichert Relocation Resource Inc. in Morris Plains, NJ is hiring a Business Analyst for their corporate office. This position, reporting directly to the Director, Business Process & Technology Solutions, is ideal for someone with a proven history and strengths in business analysis and project management.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Contributing divergent thought-leadership that complements the business vision
• Pushing boundaries relative to exploring new ideas and fostering next practice thinking and building a clear, competitive advantage
• Assessment, definition and implementation of service and process as it applies to the needs of Weichert Relocation Resources, Inc.
• Managing and implementing projects utilizing the full project management life cycle
• Analyzing the needs of departments for feasibility studies, system design and implementation to develop new and/or modify existing processes
• Formulating project scope documents and ensuring projects meet budget allocation, timelines and strategic needs for the business unit
• Working closely with business unit Colleagues to provide vision, problem anticipation and problem solving ability recognizing opportunities for service and process innovation.
Ideal candidates will meet the following criteria:
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Highly effective at communicating with multifunctional teams and technical staff at all levels
• Minimum of 3+ years experience as a relationship manager, either internally or client facing
• Excellent organization and prioritization skills
• Industry or company specific project or process management certification
• A proven track record of leading projects to completion, both within budget and on schedule.
