Required Skills and Certifications:
5 + years experience in developing and managing social compliance in consumer
services
Knowledge of USA labor & OSHA laws, FLA/WRAP
Education:
Minimum - Bachelor
Candidates must be willing to travel often.
Incumbent will be responsible for business development of Corporate Social
Responsibility (CSR) services and ensuring high level of technical competency in
the delivery of services.
* Development and implementation of global strategy for social compliance
business services and execution of technical support activities within SGS CSRS
unit.
- Promoting SGS CSRS internally & externally
- Strengthening the relationship with standard/code "owners" (FLA, WRAP, and ETI
etc.)
- Drive product/service new development
* Delivery of effective and efficient technical support to sales, and client
service teams in the form of,
- Technical support and Training
- Direct sales to big key accounts
- Solve major complaints issues
- Develop and deliver consultancy services and projects
* Provide operational support to SGS affiliates:
- In their own strategy to develop their business with American clients
- For local capacity building (auditors team)
- Monitoring the regional network
- With QA and SOP implementation and control

Hi Maurene,
I do know that the career web site is hosted by an outside vendor.
Basically, the HR people have very little to do with the results of the
requirements provided from the hiring managers. I don't have any names
anymore of either HR or in the firm. Sorry.

There is an email from jccspike@yahoo.com
<mailto:jccspike@yahoo.com > at 20:58 EDT / 8:58 PM EDT with
subject "(unknown)" which everyone needs to be aware of.
It appears that this email account has been hacked and the URL
contained in the message may lead to a malicious website. DO NOT
click on the URL in that email. Delete the email from your
inbox.
This message has been deleted from the archives.
The account has been put on moderation to prevent any other
messages with malicious content from getting posted to the
group.
