Budgeting Software Systems Analyst

Project Description:

Improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the client's business planning and budgeting process and systems. Assess the current state, complete a market review of available software, define process and system options and recommend a to-be solution

Skill Requirements:

Required: Expertise in budgeting and planning software. Excellent communication skills.

Preferred: Experience in budgeting and planning for Transmission and Distribution operations in Electric Utilities, knowledge of at least two of the following applications: PeopleSoft Financials - GL and T&L

Utilities International Planner system, Hyperion, Oracle Discoverer

Max Rate We Can Pay You: $ 85-90hr

Start: 11/9

Duration: 12 weeks

2^nd Need:

PMO Lead

Project Description:

Lead the PMO and primary project administration activities for a multimillion dollar project. Responsibilities include managing schedule maintenance, status reporting (internal and external), contract administration, and project financial management for a program with 5 major engineering, construction and IT-related workstreams

Skill Requirements:

Required: Expertise in project management and administration for engineering and construction projects exceeding $40 million. Experience in setting up and running processes for schedule management, status reporting and project financial management. Excellent communication skills with ability to interact with and influence executives, plant personnel, vendors and all types in between.

Preferred: Experience energy or utilities industry. Experience in contract administration (major vendors, multi-million dollar contracts) including performance monitoring, progress payment management and compliance.

Max Rate We Can Pay You: $ 90-100hr
