Resource Event

Save the Date: Friday, November 13, 2009, 9:00am â€" 1:00pm
at New Jersey City University

The Department of Labor and Workforce Development will be hosting a
Resource Event to connect Employers and Job Seekers in Northern New
Jersey .

As you are aware, a very well educated and talented segment of New
Jersey â€™s population is unemployed due to current economic
conditions. The State is committed to assisting these workers find
other employment and training opportunities and helping employers find
the right applicants to fill their open positions. The event we are
planning would be immensely beneficial not only to this highly
qualified workforce but also to the employer community of New Jersey .

For you, as a valued New Jersey employer, the Resource Event would be
an ideal opportunity to meet many of these workers who could fill your
current and anticipated job openings. We expect the workers to be
primarily white collar, with college degrees and a wide array of skills
and experience from various sectors. We encourage and invite you to
attend this event and participate actively to make it a success for New
Jersey â€™s displaced workers and for yourself.

This Resource Event will also include workshops on; Sector specific
employment; resume writing and critique; interviewing; just to name a
few. Our previous event registered more than 400 jobseekers!

We look forward to seeing you at the event and appreciate your continued support.

Sybase DBA with Replication exp - (US-NY-New York)

Compensation: $120K - $145K / Year
Minimum Education: Bachelors
Job Type: Full Time
Jobcode: ISSJA1

Knowledge of SQL and experience in Sybase Database Administration and Replication Server.

5 years Database Administration experience with at least 3 years Sybase Replication experience. Additional / preferable skills: Scripting with Perl, UNIX, Bourne, etc.

Must be able to work in a production environment with multiple database servers and a disaster recovery site.

Duties include maintenance of Database Servers in a development environment.
