--------

A 400 person bleeding edge open source technology company is looking for software developers and database developers with one to five years of experience, as well as project managers with 4 to 8 years or so of experience.  They are looking for true technologists with passion, imagination and creativity.  It's a "silicon valley" type of culture, right down to the Mac computers that everyone uses.  The first thing they look for is a high GPA from a top engineering school.  It's a rare opportunity to work with some of the brightest minds in the industry, some of whom are fairly well known in tech circles.  They have been in business for nine years, and experiencing another rapid growth phase. Very cool company.

Have you ever imagined what it would be like to work for an elite technology company like Google, Yahoo, Microsoft, Adobe or Ebay?

If you have between 4 and 9 years of total work experience, and have outstanding credentials, you may be given the opportunity to find out!

Our client is passionate about technology, and they are looking for talented people who are as passionate as they are.  Their technology team has been painstakingly culled from the top one percent of the IT landscape, and they are in search of more elite-level talent

Although they are located in New York (relocation assistance is available), the company has a very "Silicon Valley" feel to it.  Like a Google or a Yahoo, the culture is highly creative, collaborative, and innovative.  And very difficult to get into, as the hiring process is designed to filter out all but the most talented minds.

They are a rapidly growing company (currently 400 employees) that builds bleeding edge, open source technology solutions for the education industry.  They are a marketplace leader with tremendous presence, and are experiencing explosive growth.

The position is in New York, but relocation assistance is provided, so your current location is not an obstacle, as long as you are willing and able to relocate to the New York area.

Superb benefit package, including stock options, flexible hours, health/dental/vision, 401(k), up to 4 weeks vacation.
