Northern New Jersey Retail Company is looking for a Telecommunications
Director. Must have
interview! Must know everything from switches to routing. Must also be able
to handle hardware, network, and server issues. Need to understand the
service level required, the capacity issues, the growth issues, everything
from the outside telecom to the inside switches. Need everything from call
routing to scale based routing. That's the complexity in a call center.
Need to have exp. in PBX Systems and be hands on in TDM, DS# and SIP. Also
needs exp. in VOIP and be strong in MS Exchange Server, DNS, SSH, TCP/IP and
SMTP. No relocation and must live in the tri-state area. US Citizens and
Green Card Holders.
