HR Transformation Consultants will work on HR process design and software implementation projects.  Responsibilities include creating quality deliverables related to HR processes and technologies on time and on budget.
Key responsibilities include:
·         Design, develop and implement HR solutions
·         Communicate benefits and costs of HR solutions
·         Problem definition, issue identification and workplan development using problem solving principles and past experience 
·         Plan and manage effort to define to-be organization processes, capabilities, application of key technologies, and performance measurements/KPIs
·         Monitor achievement of strategic, financial and operational benefits, ensuring planned business outcomes are achieved
·         Create content for executive presentations
·         Ability to meet travel requirements, up to 100%
 
Basic Qualifications 
·         Bachelor's degree
·         Minimum of 3 years experience re-designing HR processes and implementing HR technology solutions associated with these programs
·         Minimum of 2 years experience in one or more of the following: Shared Service design, Payroll, Benefits, Time & Attendance/Labor, Performance Management, or Employee Data Management 
 
Preferred Skills
·         Prior consulting experience
·         Understanding of program design, development and administration of above programs
·         Understanding of how these programs act as levers to improve overall organization performance
·         Understanding of how these programs work together to maximize human performance
·         Understanding of how these programs link to the learning cycle
·         HR ERP (SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, etc) design and implementation experience
